This is your bondage that you are caught up with Gurudom.+

This is your bondage that you are caught up with Gurudom. The Gurudom is dualistic is nothing to do with Advaitic wisdom. Advaitic wisdom is pure Spirituality.

The universe is the illusory veil on the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness. Self- Realization is very simple, but Gurudom made it extremely difficult.

If you are seeking truth nothing but the truth then you must not get stuck to any Guru or yogi. Those who are seeking truth need not follow any Guru or any teaching.

The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and the Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.

A Guru is needed in the religious and yogic path. The Soul is the inner Guru. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the source of all that exists as the universe. To realize the universe is consciousness there is no need for Guru.

Gurudom belongs to religion and yoga, not spirituality. If you are seeking truth then you have to tread the path alone.

Remember:~

Yoga Vasistha says: ~ Self-knowledge or knowledge of truth is not had by resorting to a Guru (preceptor) nor by the study of scripture, nor by good works: it is attained only by means of inquiry inspired by the company of wise (Gnani). One’s inner light alone is the means, naught else. When this inner light is kept alive, it is not affected by the darkness of inertia.

There is no need to condemn Gurus, but there is a need to highlight how they become an obstacle to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, and none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.”

That is why Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.

Bhagavan Buddha:~ There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting

If you are seeking truth nothing but the truth then you must not get stuck to any Guru or yogi. Those who are seeking truth need not follow any Guru or any teaching.

Mundaka Upanishads: ~ So-called spiritual pundits and learned are called children because a child takes whatever it thinks as truth. The question never occurs to children “Is what I have seen or thought really the truth?" (P.334 line 9)

Upanishad says: ~ “The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate the personal Gods, scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge, then why anyone should indulge in it.

The religion, concept of individualized God, and belief in physical Guru scriptures are the greatest obstacle to Self-realization because they are based on a false self. The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper self-search, and assimilate and realize it. : ~ Santthosh Kumar

A Gnani sees no difference between happiness and misery, man and woman, Adversity, and success. Everything is seen to be the same.+

A Gnani: ~

Having realized the truth, beyond the form, time, and space Gnani sees the world in which he exists as the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. For a Gnani, the whole world is nothing but consciousness.

A Gnani never knows any mantra in Vedic meter or any Tantra not he indulges in religious rituals or worship of religious Gods.

A Gnani sees no difference between happiness and misery, man and woman, Adversity, and success. Everything is seen to be the same.

A Gnani is not conflicted by the dualistic illusion. He is fully aware the Self is the fullness of consciousness.

Knowing for certain that all is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, the Gnani has never said: “I am this” or “I am not that.”

Sage who finds stillness is neither distracted nor focused. He knows pleasure, pain, and the world, is one, in essence. Ignorance is dispelled, he is free of knowing.

Select Works of Sankara" also his commentary on Brihad: ~ “Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread."

Guru‘s interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit ~ none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the Soul, the Self.

Even the best of the world’s Guru cannot transmit wisdom. Loud sermons consisting of a shower of ornamental words, the skill in expounding the egocentric knowledge, and likewise erudition ~ these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the Guru but are no good for Self-realization.

A Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the ultimate truth has already been known.

By sticking to some Guru and surrendering to him, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn. Surrendering is a religious fable. Surrendering is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman. Surrender implies duality. There is no place for duality in non-dualistic reality.

Simply saying surrender without realizing the ultimate truth is like trying to sweeten the seawater by putting a spoon of sugar.

Guru’s sermons consisted of ornamental words that merely please the taste of the religious mindsets. Hence, the seeker of truth should earnestly set about realizing the truth beyond form, time, and space.

People are unaware of the fact that the world in which he exists is a product of ignorance. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the only remedy to get rid of ignorance.

There is no use of religion, the religious Gods, Gurus, Yogis, and the Scriptures, rituals to acquire Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Ignorance does not leave off if one simply utters the name of the Guru.

Without direct realization, the Soul cannot be liberated by the mere repeating the name of the Guru or God. The seeker has to remember the name belongs to the domain of the illusory form, time, and space. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The Soul, the Self is nothing to do with happiness and misery. The happiness and misery belong to you. You belong to the universe, which is a dualistic illusion or Maya.+

Happiness and suffering are physical whereas the Soul, the Self not physical because Soul is the Spirit. The Soul is the ever-formless, timeless, spaceless existence.

The Soul, the Self is nothing to do with happiness and misery. The happiness and misery belong to you. You belong to the universe, which is a dualistic illusion or Maya.
Remember, the ‘Self’ is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
You, happiness, misery, and the world in which you exist are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness.
The knowledge of the Soul is the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Remember:~

The experience of happiness and sorrow, riches, and poverty within the dream is a reality within the dream world.

The happiness and sorrow, riches, and poverty in the dream becomes unreal when waking takes place. Similarly, waking the experience of happiness and sorrow, riches, and poverty also becomes unreal when you realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Until you think you are an individual separate from this world you will remain in the realm of dualistic illusion or Maya. The dualistic illusion is the product of ignorance or Maya.
When the Advaitic wisdom dawns, then the ignorance vanishes. When ignorance vanishes, then the illusory universe never remains as a reality.
From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the world, in which we all exist is merely an illusion from the standpoint of the Soul, the Self.
Rest in consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but consciousness.
The Soul is the fullness of consciousness without division of form, time, and space.
Consciousness alone is real, and eternal all else is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.:~Santthosh Kumaar

The egocentric paths are nothing to do with the path of wisdom.+

All paths are egocentric. Egocentric paths cannot transport you into reality, beyond form, time, and space, while reality prevails prior to the illusory form, time, and space.

Egocentric knowledge is based on form, time, and space whereas Self-knowledge is based on the Soul, the Self.

The egocentric paths are nothing to do with the path of wisdom.
Deeper self –search reveals the Self is not the waking entity or ego but the Self is the Soul, the Self, which is in the form of consciousness then why follow the paths based on the false self?
Only by realizing the form (universe) is formless because form (universe) is made of the formless stuff (Soul) leads one to Self-awareness.
All other paths are based on the ego, which is the false self that holds practical life within the practical world as reality never realizes the truth because they accepted something else as truth and their accepted truth is the greatest hindrance is realizing the ultimate truth.
All egocentric paths are meant for the ignorant people who are incapable of inquiring into the nature of the universe (waking or mind) in which they exist.
It becomes very difficult for people who are incapable of grasping the ultimate truth because of their inherited and inborn conditioning.
The seeker must have the knowledge of the matter (universe or mind) and the spirit (Soul or consciousness).
A seeker of truth has to know somewhere he is going wrong, and it is for the seeker to go on his own and remove all the obstacles.
The greatest hindrance is mixing religion, god, scriptures, and yogic theories. Moreover, attachment to scriptures, personal god, and religious code of conduct keep one permanently in the grip of duality.

Remember:~

To acquire Self-knowledge must realize that form, time, and space are created out of single stuff. And that single stuff is the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

No mantras help to get rid of ignorance. All the mantras and rituals are meant for the ignorant populace, which strongly believes, that the world in which he exists as a reality. For one who wants to acquire self-knowledge or Bramha Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

That is why Sage Sankara:~ VC~.61. For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

VC- 6~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together

Sage Sankara goes on to say: ~ A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman.” Brahman must be experienced. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by subtle arguments. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

There is neither God nor Goddess but only consciousness. Consciousness is God in truth.+

Q: JV:~ in terms of beauty and the female principle (not sex) Prakriti. What is the position of Vedanta on this kind of worship? Nature worship or worship of beauty? Sorry if I am belaboring.

A:~Santthosh Kumaar: ~ “The beauty implies duality. The duality is ignorance. Whatever belongs to duality is a falsehood.

There is neither God nor Goddess but only consciousness. Consciousness is God in truth. All Gods based on blind belief are not God in truth.
God and Goddess are religious concepts. Whatever is seen, known, believed, and experienced as a person within the dualistic illusion (world) is a falsehood.

Ish Upanishads:-

MANTRA 10

Vidya and Avidya both are hindrances to Self-knowledge, but Vidya is even worse than Avidya. The word Vidya is used here in a special sense; here it means worshiping Gods and Goddesses. By worshiping Gods and Goddesses, you will go after death to the world of Gods and Goddesses. But will that help you? The time you spent there is wasted because if you were not there you could have spent that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is your goal. In the world of Gods and Goddesses, you cannot do that, and thus you go deeper and deeper into darkness.

Avidya is Karma and, therefore, a hindrance. You perform Avidya - i.e., you perform Agnihotra and other sacrifices. This is a roundabout way of purifying the mind, and it is also groping in the dark. But it may not have as heavy a toll on your time and energy as the other.

Ishopanishad:~ "They are steeped in ignorance and sunk into the greatest depth of misery who worships the matter, instead of the All-Pervading God and those who worship things born of matter like trees, animals, man, etc. are sunk deeper in misery.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness (Spirit), which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness (Spirit) which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.
The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost ‘Self’. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only the Atman, God exists.

First, know what God is supposed to be according to your own scriptures.
The Vedas confirm God is Atman (Spirit), the Self.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. Thus, Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.

Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.

God in truth is neither He nor She. God in truth simply means the fullness of consciousness without the division of form, time, and space.
God in truth means eternal existence beyond form, time, and space. God expresses in two ways, dual and nondual. God is the unmanifest source of the dual. The manifested dual existence is merely an illusion.
You cannot call God 'He', you cannot call God 'She, because He or She individualized God whereas God in truth is not an individual because God is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
For centuries the word ‘He’ has been used for God. God is present in the form of the Spirit. The Spirit is present in the form of consciousness.
If you really want to go deep into the phenomenon of God, Then God does not exist at all ~as an individual because God in truth pervades everything and everywhere. God is only a presence.
In other words, there is no religious God but only consciousness. Consciousness pervades and permeates, the world in which we all exist.
Once you start thinking of God as the consciousness, your whole outlook on life, on religion, on love, will be totally different. The real existence consists not of the dualistic illusion but nondualistic reality.
God in truth is not physical. God in truth is present in the form of the Spirit. The Spirit is the cause of the world and the Spirit itself is uncaused.
God in truth is not physical. God in truth is present in the form of the Spirit. The Spirit is the cause of the world and the Spirit itself is uncaused. In reality, the spirit (God in truth) and matter (the world in which we exist) are one.

Vedas bars nature and human worship: ~

"They are enveloped in darkness, in other words, are steeped in ignorance and sunk in the greatest depths of misery who worship the uncreated, eternal prakrti -- the material cause of the world -- in place of the All-pervading God, But those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time."-(Yajur Veda 40:9.)

Then why worship the female or male principal in place of God when Veda bars such activities and it also warns people who indulge in such activities are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time.

Indulging in glorifying the human form is erroneous because the human belongs to Prakriti. Prakriti is the dualistic illusion. Whatever belongs to Prakriti is bound to be an illusion.

Whatever worshipped of the dualistic illusion will keep one in ignorance.

The ‘Self’ God exists prior to the form, time, and space. Form, time, and space cease to exist as a reality when wisdom dawns. Thus, human has no place in the domain of the Advaitic reality. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, which is the real God. Thus, Self-realization is the only way to God-realization.

By worshipping the beauty of nature and humans’ one will not get Self-realization or God-realization.

The Soul, the inner Guru reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.

There is neither God (male) nor Goddess (female) but only consciousness. Consciousness is real God. Focus your attention on the Soul, the only reality. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

The seeker should be aware of everything that is untrue: stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely.+

It takes time to understand, assimilate and realize God in truth but if you have an intense urge to know what God suppose to be in truth then you will surely realize it.

The one who is seeking truth must know what God suppose to be in actuality. In spirituality, the ultimate truth is Brahman or God in truth.

The truth you are seeking is to realize God in truth hidden by ignorance.

Jesus said: ~ "Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all." (Gospel of Thomas 2)

The seeker should be aware of everything that is untrue: stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely.
Religion can never make you know God. Only an intense urge to know what God is supposed to be in truth can make you realize God. The Soul, the ‘Self is the Infinite God.
Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the ‘Self’ in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.
The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the Self. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.
Religious Gods are based on blind faith or blind belief. Gods based on blind faith or blind belief are not God in truth.
Religious God cannot be considered as the cause of the universe because the Soul, the ‘Self’ is the cause of all that exists as the universe.
Without the Soul the universe in which you exist ceases to exist, which means the religious Gods are dependent on the Soul for their existence.
God in truth is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Even Bhagavad Gita says : ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad declares:~ "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from the Self does not know the truth. For the gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)
No mantras help to get rid of ignorance. All the mantras and rituals are meant for the ignorant populace, which strongly believes, that the world in which he exists as a reality.
For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Reading one or two posts and trying to assimilate Self-knowledge will not help one to realize the truth.+

The Advaitic truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to grasp because of ignorance. You have to only realize the world in which you exist is created out of single clay. And that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Thus, you and your body and the world in which you exist are nothing but consciousness because they are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed.
It is necessary to reflect on the same truth again and again till it becomes a reality. One needs to constantly reflect on the subject until he gets a firm conviction of what is what. Words of wisdom  are needed until one gets a firm conviction of ‘what is what’. People need to read and hear the words of wisdom to think reason and reflect deeply and reach the ultimate end.
It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and 'what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
Remember:~

A Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work.
My postings encourage the seeker to seek the truth but seekers must have receptiveness and the capacity to understand and assimilate Self-knowledge.
The seeker has to think and reason independently. No blind belief can save you, work out your own salvation.
Advaitic wisdom can never be gained by argument and provocation.
The Atmic path is not for those who are incapable to understand and assimilate Self-knowledge.
Discard all the accumulated dualistic knowledge by realizing the illusory world in which you exist as reality exists because of ignorance.
All my blogs and posts themselves are the discussion. Reading the blogs and posting the inner discussion will start and clear all your doubts and confusion,.It is your sincerity and seriousness that will make you reach the ultimate end of understanding and realization. The Soul, the 'Self' reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal' when the seeker is receptive and ready.
Atmic path is not for those who are in a hurry and have no patience and no humility.
It is necessary to reflect on the same truth again and again till it becomes a reality.
Gnani shows the way. it is for the seeker to realize the Self hidden by the dualistic illusion or Maya.
Reading one or two posts and trying to assimilate Self-knowledge will not help one to realize the truth.
One needs to constantly reflect on the subject until he gets a firm conviction of what is what. Words are needed until one gets a firm conviction of 'what is what’. People need to read and hear the words of wisdom to think reason and reflect deeply and reach the ultimate end.
The seekers who will approach with receptiveness as they should be approached may conceivably pause at any time and say, these pointers are helping them to think on their own and assimilate the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana and understand it properly and perfectly.
The seekers who have the capacity to assimilate and realize the Self hidden by ignorance.
You must first train yourself to think and reason from the non-dualistic perspective then only when you read about Advaitic reality does the true meaning become apparent.
It is not possible to give a sudden revelation of Advaita in one or two letters, or in an interview or two: a course of personal mental training must be undergone.
Hence reading my blogs and posting umpteen times is necessary to the seeker to make the subconscious Soulcentric.
You, yourself must do the work of realizing Truth by using your own judgment and reason. Nobody else, no guru can do it for you. :~Santthosh Kumaar
