‘I AM’ is not God because the genderless invisible Soul, the Self is not I AM.+

It is foolish to say ‘I AM GOD’ when the Self is not you, but the Self is the Soul. Therefore, the Soul, the Self, is God.

People say Aham Brahmasmi ~ I AM GOD, I AM BRAHMAN. But when Brahman is, how can "I" remain? Only Brahman remains, not the ‘I’.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman.

‘I AM’ is not God because ‘I AM’ is not the Self. The Self is the Soul, the witness of the ‘I’ or ‘I AM’. The Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘Brahmano hi pratisthaham’ ~ Brahman (God IN TRUTH) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, that God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Remember: ~

The Self is not you, but the Self is the one which witnesses you and the world together. Therefore, it is erroneous to say ‘I AM THIS’ or ‘I AM THAT’ because the ‘I’ itself is an illusion. Thus, it is necessary to know ‘What is ‘I’? -to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space.

If you are caught in the grip of the ‘I’ then you will remain permanently in the grip of ignorance. If you hold the Self as ‘I’ you will never be able to cross the dualistic illusion.

If you follow the ‘I’ based teaching it is like the blind leading the blind.

If you inquire “Who am ‘I’? the ‘I’ will not disappear. You must know the nature of the ‘I’, which appears and disappears.

The Soul is the witness of the ‘I’ which is permeant and eternal. The Soul is the subject and the ‘I’ is an object.

The ‘I’ hides the Soul. Therefore, the seeker has to realize ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality.

If the Self is not ‘I’ but the Self is the Soul then from the standpoint of the Soul, the Self: ~

Where is the ‘I’?

Where is the ego?

Where is the body?

Where is the mind?

Where is the world in which you exist?

Where are the form, time, and space?

Where is the waking experience?

Where is the duality?

Where is void?

They are or have become one with the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The ‘I’ is present only when the mind is present. The mind is present only when the world is present. The world is present only when there is a waking experience.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that the waking experience is not considered different from the world. The world is not considered different from the mind. The mind is not considered different from the I’. This truth has to be assimilated.

The ‘I’ is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. ‘I’ is not the subject. The ‘I’ is an object to the Soul, which is the formless, timeless, and spaceless subject.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion, then the world in which you exist is bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then three states, are bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the form, time, and space are bound to be an illusion.

If the 'I’ is an illusion then the individual experience of birth, life, and death is bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion, then the words and thoughts are bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion, then the duality is bound to be an illusion.

The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ comes and goes to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the Soul, the Self.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10: ~ If you desire liberation, but you still say 'I', if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take 'I' as real because some Gurus have propagated that the Self is the ‘I’. is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

For Self-realization, you must first know what this ‘Self’ is in actuality.

Remember this: the ‘I’-centric and you-centric Gurus and their teaching is not Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Unless you discard the ‘I’-centric and you-centric Gurus and their teaching it is impossible to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Remember first know What is this Self?

If something is true, is real, is constant, is a foundation of a nature that is unchanging, this can be called the Self.

The Soul, the Self is the fullness of the consciousness without the illusory division of the form, time, and space. The Soul is formless, timeless, and spaceless and eternal existence.

People have not penetrated the meaning of the ‘Self’. The meaning is that the ultimate truth is the Self, which is eternal existence.

You are impermanent because the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

People have not penetrated the meaning of the ‘Self’. The meaning is that the ultimate truth is the Self, which is eternal existence.

You should not hold anything of the dualistic illusion (universe), which is impermanence. The world in which you exist makes you feel as though they are real but ultimately they are merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is permanent.

You must cultivate to see the permanence (Soul) hidden by the impermanence (universe) as it is.

If you do this, you will be like one who sees a gem in the muddied water among the stones and rocks and waits for the water to settle before he skillfully plucks it out.

It is the same with cultivating the idea of the Soul, the Self hidden by the dualistic illusion (universe).: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaita is the nondual nature of God in truth. Rig Veda says the Soul itself is God.+

Advaita is nothing but God in truth.

Search for the God. God is not within you, but God is hidden by the world in which you exist. The Soul is the Self. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is God in truth.

God in truth is not in any mosque, temple, or church. The religious Gods based on blind faith, are not God in truth.

The dualistic worship of "God” only for the ignorant populace and Advaitic wisdom, unfolds the mystery of the real God.

Lord Krishna himself says Ch~ V:~ “Those who know the     Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “Brahmano hi pratisthaham” ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27)

It proves that the all-pervading Atman, which is present in the form of invisible consciousness, is God in truth.

Thus, worshiping the form-based Gods is meant for the ignorant populace who are incapable of realizing the truth, which is hidden by the illusory universe or Maya.

Rig-Veda 1-164-46 and Y.V 32-1 clearly mention that God is “One”.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. Thus, Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed the Athma itself.

People who are saying ‘I Am GOD’ are hallucinating that they become God. First, you must know what is God supposed to be in actuality.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say ‘I’, if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

If one thinks Advaitic truth is the ultimate truth, then he has to drop all theories based on the ‘I’. All the theories based on the ‘I’ are based on the dualistic perspective. How can one realize the non-dualistic truth based on dualistic theories?

The ‘I’ hides the Advaita, which is the ultimate truth Brahman or God in truth. Thus, why glorify the ‘I’ which is the cause of ignorance. The seeker has to make sure and accept only the uncontradictable truth.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes.” (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the ‘Self’. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the ‘Self’, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true ‘Self’, which is eternal.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take 'I' as real because some Gurus have propagated that the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’. There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

Advaita is not a theory.

Advaita is the nature of the truth.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the ‘Self’.

Advaita is the Soul itself.

Advaita is the nature of God because Rig Veda says the Soul itself is God.

Advaita is nothing but God.

Thus, it is time to realize the world in which we exist is created out of the Soul, which is the ‘Self’. The Soul, the Self is present in the form of consciousness and is the cause of the world in which we exist and it, itself is uncaused.

The Soul alone is real and eternal. The eternal Soul itself is God in truth. There is no other God other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Realize the Soul, the innermost is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness itself is God. Consciousness is the cause of the world in which you exist. And consciousness itself’ is uncaused.

Thus, the truth realization itself is God- realization because the ultimate truth is Brahman or God. Self-realization is God-realization and God-realization is real worship.

Nothing has to be accepted as God other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Atman is Brahman means the Soul alone is God in truth. Atman is the the ultimate truth or Brahman. and Brahman is God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The ultimate truth alone is God in truth, not that which people believe and worship as God in this illusory world.+

The truth alone is God, not that which people believe and worship in this world. The seekers' main goal in this life is to realize God in truth. It is time to rediscover the real God hidden by the belief system.

The pursuit of truth is for discovering the truth of our true existence. The universe in which we exist hides the truth.

By discovering the truth of the universe we will be able to discover the fact that the Self is not the ‘I’ but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The truth-realization is Self-realization. Self-realization is God-realization. God- realization itself is real worship.

It is for every seeker who is seeking truth must first know what God is supposed to be in actuality according to Vedas and Upanishads and reject all non-Vedic Gods to realize the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness is the real God.

In Yajur Veda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. He cannot be seen directly by anyone. He pervades all beings and all directions. Thus, Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman (Soul or Spirit) is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the ‘Self’? May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Rig Veda 1/164/46: ~ “They call him Indra, Mitra, Varuna, Agni, or the heavenly sunbird Garutmat. The seers call in many ways that which is One; they speak of Agni, Yama, Matarishvan.

Rig Veda 8/58/2:~ Only One is the Fire, enkindled in numerous ways; only One is the Sun, pervading this whole universe; only One is the Dawn, illuminating all things. In very truth, the One has become the whole world.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself’.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Brahmano hi pratisthaham’- Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material (Gita 14.27)

When Bhagavad Gita says, that God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Vedas, Upanishad, and Bhagavad Gita confirm the Soul, the innermost Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or the consciousness.

The real God is stolen by ignorance and people worship ignorance as God because the religion propagates false God as the real God.

Kena Upanishad (6) Chapter I: ~ “That which cannot be apprehended by the mind, but by which, they say, the mind is apprehended- That alone know as Brahman(God), and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (7) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be perceived by the eye, but by which the eye is perceived- That alone know as Brahman (God), and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (8) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be heard by the ear, but by which the hearing is perceived- That alone know as Brahman(God), and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (9)- Chapter I:~ That which cannot be smelt by the breath, but by which the breath smells an object- That alone know as Brahman(God), and not that which people here worship.

Lord Krishna Says Ch. V:~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

God is hidden by the ‘I’. The ‘I’ is the dualistic illusion. You are part and parcel of the dualistic illusion. The Soul is the cause of the dualistic illusion but itself is uncaused. The dualistic illusion is present in the form of form, time, and space. The form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality).

Your existence is limited to the illusory form, time, and space. The form, time, and space are made of the same clay. That clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Self–knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Self–knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana helps the seeker to unfold the truth (God) hidden by the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion.

You have to draw your attention back every time it turns worldliness (I) and fix it in the Soul, the Self is Brahman or God in truth

Swami Vivekananda: ~ “The masses in India cry to sixty million Gods, and still die like dogs. Where are these Gods? (In San Francisco, on May 28, 1900, of swami Vivekananda/volume 1)

Religion breeds superstition because religion is based on blind belief. Whatever is based on blind belief is superstition.

God in truth is not a belief. One must know God in truth. Without knowing what God is supposed to be in actuality worshipping God based on blind belief is superstition.

Worshipping superstitious Gods barred by Vedas. Know what God is supposed to be according to the Vedas Upanishads Bhagavad Gita and the Bible.

The Bible says: ~ God is a Spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.

Swami Vivekananda: ~ “If superstition enters, the brain is gone. Superstition is our great enemy, but bigotry is worse.

Thus, it refers to a formless and attributeless God, which is the Atman (Soul), the innermost ‘Self’ within the false experience.

Thus, it indicates clearly all the Gods with form and attributes are mere imaginations based on the false self. Thus Atman or Soul, the ‘Self’ is God in truth.

The Vedas do not talk about idol worship. In fact, till about 2000 years ago followers of Vedism never worshiped idols. Idol worship was started by the followers of Buddhism and Jains.

There is logic to idol worship. Vedas speak of one God that is the supreme ‘Self’ i.e. Atman or Soul but Hinduism indulges in worshiping 60 million Gods.

It indicates clearly all the Gods with form and attributes are mere imaginations based on the false self.

So, it clearly indicates that God is formless thus there is no scope for form-based God. The religion and its conceptual Gods, and its theories of karma, heaven, hell, papa, punya, rebirth, and reincarnation are based on the false self, within the false experience. Therefore, they are meant for lower mindsets, they are of no use for those who are seeking higher truth as indicated in the scriptures.

There are many schools of thought in Hinduism. These schools claim that they are based on Vedas. These schools of thought propagate non-Vedic beliefs barred by Vedas. Therefore, these add-ons have to be bifurcated from the original Vedic Religion, to get the pure Vedic essence.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad:~ "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

Bhagavad Gita:~ “All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many gods. (7- Verse -20)

One need not roam one mountain to another, one ashram to another, or meet Gurus or Yogis in order to realize God in truth. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana is the knowledge of God in truth.

Blind faith is an obstacle to realizing the truth hidden by ignorance. The seeker should not waste his time on, he should primarily reflect on the Soul, the innermost self; not on the ‘I’.

It is not possible to get God-realization by taking sanyasa or wearing religious robes or identifying with the religious symbol.

Religious robes and religious symbols are not the means to Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

The Soul itself is the God in truth. Nothing exists without the Soul because everything is created out of the Soul.+

The Soul, the ‘Self’ is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. The Soul, the Self is present in the form of consciousness.

Consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in the universe because the universe is nothing but consciousness.

The ‘Self is not this body the Self is the Supreme Soul. The universe hides the Soul. The Soul itself is God. Nothing exists without the Soul because everything is created out of the Soul, which is God in truth.

You don’t recognize the ‘Self’ because you are blindfolded by the dualistic illusion. The Soul, the Self is hidden by the universe, which is a dualistic illusion or Maya.

Those Gurus say you are formless; you are birthless without knowing the Self is not you but the ‘Self' is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Those Gurus who assert the Self as you are still ignorant of the 'Self' hidden by the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

You are not the Self because you are bound by the birth, life, death, and the world whereas the Soul, the Self is birthless and deathless because, it is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

If you think the Self is you then you are not a wise seeker you are ignorant because your existence is limited to the domain of form, time, and space.

Guru says simply surrender to God without knowing what God is in actuality. There is nothing to surrender. The surrender implies duality. The duality disappears when the Advaitic wisdom dawns.

Those Gurus say surrender to Guru belongs to religion and yoga is not spirituality. religion and yoga have nothing to do with spirituality.

To realize the ‘Self' hidden by the dualistic illusion, you have to realize the dualistic illusion is made of single clay. And that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Self-knowledge o or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Mentally reduce the world in which you exist into the waking experience and waking experience into mind and mind into consciousness by perfect understating of ‘what is what’.

When you realize ’what is what’ you will realize everything is nothing but consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. When there is unity in diversity in our understanding then there is stillness in the midst of diversity.

The Soul, the Self is existence itself. The Soul, the Self is existence without the illusory division of form, time, and space. The Soul, the Self is the fullness of consciousness. The Soul, the Self is Advaita one without the Second.

The Soul the Self is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. The Soul, the Self is God in truth is Advaita. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

I am highlighting some scriptural citations only to show that scriptures and religion are unimportant in the quest for truth.+

I am highlighting some scriptural citations only to show the seeker that the Advaitic Sages themselves declare that scriptures, religion, and ideas of God are unimportant in pursuit of truth.

It is easier to understand, assimilate, and realize the ultimate truth or non-dualistic truth by rationalizing our views and understanding:-

There is no need to condemn anyone’s views and ideas or writing, but without being judgmental, the seeker has to verify whether the author is speaking from the standpoint of ego, or whether he is speaking from the standpoint of the Soul, the ‘Self’.

If his views are based on the standpoint of the physical ‘Self’ (ego), then there are many doubts and confusion. If his views are based on the Soul, the innermost ‘Self’ then there is no confusion and doubts of any sort.

Nothing has to be accepted without verifying the validity of any claim in pursuit of truth. Only the uncontradictable truth has to be accepted as truth.

There is no need to condemn any religion or any saints or sages, but the seeker has to think beyond religion, scriptures, and individualized Gods.

It is difficult to understand and assimilate within a framework of some teaching or holding some philosophy as a yardstick.

We have to drop all our accumulated dross to understand, assimilate, and realize the non-dualistic or Advaitic truth.

There is nothing to discuss, there is nothing to argue to acquire the knowledge of the single clay. All words, all the thoughts, all the people the whole cosmos is created out of single clay. That single clay is consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.

Thus, stick to consciousness and mentally drop everything else as an illusion and enter the Advaita, the real nature of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The sugar cannot know itself its sweetness. The true ‘Self’ without ignorance is without the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

Thus, you have to base on the sugar, not on its sweetness. Without the sugar, there is no sweetness. Similarly, without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist as a reality. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Going beyond the Vedas, religion and personal Gods means, going beyond the illusion means is the end of Vedas (Veda-antha).+

One has to mentally go beyond Vedas means to go beyond religion. Go beyond religion means, going beyond God based n blind belief.

Going beyond the Vedas, religion and religious Gods means ~ going beyond the illusion, which is the end of Vedas (Veda-antha).

When one goes into the annals of history it looks like the true Advaita expounded by Sage Sankara and Sage Goudpada was lost or mutilated by the orthodox.

The Advaitic wisdom has nothing to do with orthodox preaching and practice because Advaitic orthodoxy is dogmatism. If you are the Advaitic orthodoxy has to be discarded if one wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara and Sage Goudpada are independent thinkers other schools of Indian philosophy are mere theologies. Advaitic philosophy is real philosophy. The dualistic philosophy cannot escape the charge of dogmatism.

Sage Sankara was an independent thinker. His wisdom has not been taken seriously by many in India because most of the followers of Sage Sankara are religious orthodoxy.

Yoga Vasistha:~ "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."

Anybody can write a commentary on the Upanishads and other great philosophic texts, all they need to do to pour out words. Some Westerners along with some orthodox pundits translated and published books. The influence of Sage Sankara’s wisdom has nothing to do with orthodox belief systems.

The seeker must do his homework, and verify the validity of all the claims, rather than blindly believe, what orthodox pundits expound as knowledge, till; the un-contradicted truth is obtained.

Self- Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is only being true knowledge not the absence of duality. Self -Knowledge cannot destroy the world but it eliminates ignorance and exposes the unreal nature of the mind or the universe.

Sage Sankara:~63- Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

Sage Sankara:~ VC- 61- For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

How does one get knowledge? What is meant for knowledge? What is true knowledge? –All this of which must be dealt with by the seeker of truth to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana does not destroy the world but it exposes the unreal nature of the world which appears as waking and is experienced as reality by the person within the waking. In the same way, the unreality of the dream was exposed when waking took place. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara knew that one day the world would throw up religion and scriptures and appeal to reason.+

The reason is the only tool to unfold the mystery of the universe (I), whereas the appeal to scriptural relations reaches only religious sects and castes. Sage Sankara knew that one day the world would throw up religion and scriptures and appeal to reason.

Let Advaitic wisdom annihilate ignorance and reveal the Soul, the Self hidden by the ‘I’.

Let your ears become deaf to religious propagated myth.

Let your eyes become blind to illusion to realize the Soul, the ‘Self’ as it is.

Yoga Vasistha:~ "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that the ultimate truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."

Anybody can write a commentary on the Upanishads and other great philosophic texts, all they need to do to pour out words. Some Westerners along with some orthodox pundits translated and published books. The influence of Sage Sankara’s wisdom has nothing to do with Advaitic Orthodox, which belongs to the religion

Authoritarianism merely assumes as true what another says, but what has yet to be proved.

For yogis, mystics or religious pundits interpret scriptures as they like, in whatever way that pleases them, they simply imagine away.

Spirituality does not begin with God. God has to be proved, not assumed. Hence, the so-called Gurus who take God for granted are not Gnanis.

Some philosophers in the past dissented from this interpretation of Advaita, holding that the Incarnated Souls were separate from the Divine Essence and only finally merged with it after the cycles of birth.

All these theoretical philosophies are based on the imagination based on the false self (ego or you) within the false experience (waking).

It is quite easy to do this even by those who have never understood the Upanishads but think they have.

Thus, the dualists and their disciples have written commentaries on scriptures: But all these have been written to satisfy themselves, not to get the truth because all their interpretation is based on the dualistic perspective. The truth will be revealed only when one is able to reason from the non-dualistic perspective.

Likewise, thinkers and poets of the Age of Devotion (Bhakti) of the 16th century believed in a God with attributes that became very tangible when incarnating as God and was attainable simply through love and devotion rather than scholastic and intellectual meditation.

The seeker of truth should not be carried away by any Guru's wisdom or by the attitude of authority which they adopt in their sermons. It has no value because it is dualistic.

Remember:~

All these Gurus illustrate the ‘I know’ attitude adopted because they inherited the knowledge from their guru. Both of them don't really know because whatever knowledge they are propagating is dualistic knowledge, which belongs to religion and yoga.

Most people are certainly brilliant intellectually but egocentric intelligence is useful in practical life within the practical world. The quest for truth needs Soulcentric reasoning.

The egocentric subconscious is like watertight compartments, only allowing the Soulcentric reasoning once it becomes receptive to Self-knowledge.

Till the Subconscious realizes the ‘Self is not ‘I’ but the Self is the Soul, the witness of the ‘I’, it will not be receptive to Self-knowledge because it is been conditioned to observe everything from a dualistic perspective.

The reason based on the dualistic perspective is useful in practical life within the practical world. The dualistic reason is of no use to unfold the mystery of the universe.

The reasoning is interpretable in two ways. The egocentric interpretation is to apply it only to the practical purpose (waking experience). The Soulcentric interpretation is to apply it to the three states. The latter leads to a final settlement of the problems because it takes all data into consideration.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ Reason as a means to reality. (Chap.18 verse 37)

In chap. 10 of in Bhagavad Gita, Krishna says: ~ I cannot save you, but I can give you Buddhi (reason). (chap. 10)

In chap. 10 of in Bhagavad Gita, Krishna says: ~ "I have given you the most secret teaching, now reflect over it all" Krishna plainly says reflect, think. (Verse 63 of Chap. 18)

Mundaka Upanishad says: ~ ‘Both states are harmful and take you away from the path of inquiry into truth. (Page 234)

Ashtavakra Gita: ~ It is not the absence of Buddhi (Reason) that can grasp Advaita but the man who possesses the highest intellect. Brains are necessary. Such a man, by merely hearing the truth mentioned will know it. (Page~ 224)

Brihad Up: To see Him whole mystics may have similar ideas of the "universe in a dew-drop," but Advaitic truth demands proof. (Page 78)

Upanishad says: ~ Atman the innermost Self is known by Reason alone, by the sharpened and purified intellect. Yet still, people worship Yoga and mysticism as the sole means of attaining Atman.

Remember:~

The universe in which you exist is an illusion and there is no substance in its reality."

Self-knowledge or Brahma knowledge is the end of all egocentric knowledge. Egocentric knowledge is dualistic knowledge, whereas Self-knowledge is Soulcentric knowledge.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara has nothing to do with orthodox Advaita, which is dualistic. Orthodox Advaita is a sect, which blindly accepts and follows dogmas and superstitions.

Sage Sankara says: ~ ‘What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead to the final Goal. (Commentary on Vedanta Sutra)

Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification.

Sage Sankara himself had often said that his philosophy was based on Shruti, or revealed scripture. This may be because Sage Sankara addressed the ordinary man, who finds security in the idea of causality and thus, in the idea of God—and Revelation is indispensable to prove the latter. He believed that those of superior intelligence, have no need for this idea of divine causality, and can, therefore, dispense with Shruti and arrive at the truth of Non-Dualism by pure reason.

Sage Sankara is the only sage who has final authority on the Advaitic truth. The Advaitic truth is rational truth and scientific truth without dogma. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
