Heaven and hell are a religious fable. Every religion has its own idea of heaven and hell.+

Heaven and hell are a religious fable. Every religion has its own idea of heaven and hell. Religion is based on the birth entity. The one, which is born, lives, and dies in this world is not the Self. The ‘Self’ is the ‘Soul’, which is birthless and deathless because it is the ever-formless, timeless spaceless existence.

Unless one gives up the ideas of heaven and hell, it is impossible to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman. The ultimate truth must be proved here and now, on this earth. If that cannot be done, one cannot consider any such idea, as the existence of heaven and hell as untrue.

If the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the ‘Soul’ then the world in which you exist is merely an illusion. If the world in which you exist is mere an illusion then whatever you have seen, known, believed, and experienced as a reality within the world is bound to be an illusion. Thus, whatever you believed, such as the religious Gods, heaven and hell are your beliefs, within the dualistic illusion. The Soul alone is real God and all else is merely an illusion.

Vaikuntha, Kailasa, paradise, and heaven are religious fables. The Vaikunta and Kailasa paradise and heaven do not exist in reality. Vaikunta and Kailasa paradise and heaven are mere an imagination based on the false self within the false experience (waking).

To get Freedom, one need not proceed either to Vaikuntha or Kailasa or paradise or heaven. It is attainable in this very life itself in this very world, through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The Soul is not to be acquired afresh. It is there already. The Soul is the cause of this universe and it, itself is uncaused.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the only reality. The Soul is boundless and infinite. The Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in the universe.

The universe and the multiplicity of individuals are a reality within the dualistic illusion. Due to ignorance, the dualistic illusion seems to be a reality. When the Soul wakes up from its sleep of ignorance then there is nothing apart from it. The universe has no separate existence apart from consciousness.

Shruti has directly denied manifoldness in Brahman. The non-dual cause being an established fact, how could the phenomenal universe be different from It?

The Shruti has condemned (the belief in variety) in the words, “The person who”, being deceived by Maya, “sees variety in this (Brahman), goes from death to death”.

Inasmuch as all beings are born of Brahman, the supreme Atman, they must be understood to be verily Brahman.

The Shruti has clearly declared that Brahman alone is the substratum of all varieties of names, forms, and actions.

The Shruti in the form of the Brihadaranyaka has declared that this Atman, which is the Self of all, is verily Brahman. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
