Get rid of ignorance instead of getting rid of thoughts. Perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ helps to get rid of ignorance.+

By giving up thoughts the ignorance will not vanish. Without getting rid of the ignorance the ‘I’ will prevail as a reality. The ‘I’ itself is ignorance.

Get rid of ignorance instead of getting rid of thoughts. A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’- helps to get rid of ignorance.

The thoughts come to the dream entity (thinker) within the dream world and the dream become unreal when the waking takes place.

The thoughts come to you (thinker) within the waking world the waking world becomes unreal when you realize the Self is not you but the Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Remember, the thought, thinker, and the world in the thinker exists are created out of a single clay and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Thoughts are nothing to do with the Soul, the  ‘Self’, which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Without form, time, and space the thought will not be formed. The thought rises only in the domain of form, time, and space.

Realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Religion is nothing to do with Advaita. Advaitic sect belongs to religion. Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is pure spirituality or Adyathma.+

Religion is nothing to do with Advaita. Advaitic sect belongs to religion. Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is pure spirituality or Adyathma.
Advaitic sect is dualistic is nothing to do with the Advaitic truth which is hidden by the illusion.
Mixing religion and spirituality is like mixing oil and water.
Religion is regarded as sacred and real by the common people, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful.
Religion and its sects are based on form, time, and space whereas Spirituality is based on the Atman the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Religions hold birth, life, death, and the world as a reality. From the ultimate standpoint, the world in which we exist is an illusion created out he the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Sage Sankara’s Advaita as the fairest flower of wisdom that the world in any age has produced.
Learn yourself, make everyone aware of the truth of their true existence, call upon the sleeping Soul and see how it awakes.
Power will come on its own, glory will come on its own, grace will come, purity will come on its own, and the truth hidden by the ‘I' will be revealed when the Soul, the Self wakes up from its sleep of ignorance. This sleeping Soul is roused only through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is universal. The whole of humanity owns it because it is the knowledge of their true existence.
The Atmic path of the Path of wisdom is not meant for those who are strongly attached to Advaitic orthodoxy. Atmic path is not suited for the orthodox people.
The orthodox people must continue with their inherited path because they are sentimentally and emotionally involved with their orthodox there is no hope that they will adopt anything new.
The orthodoxy is the self-imposed prison. It is very difficult for the orthodox people to come out of their religious outfits.
For those who want to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman, there is no need for this orthodox baggage they have to discard it as useless because they block the realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Orthodox Advaita has to be bifurcated in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Remember:~

Advaitic wisdom does not come just by sitting quietly, observing silence, meditating, indulging in repeating mantras, reading books, hearing sermons, meeting Gurus or yogis, and doing pranayama, but wisdom dawns only when you realize the fact that the ‘Self’ is not you, but the ‘Self’ is the formless Soul.

People think by observing silence within the duality they pretend to show they are in Brahmic bliss. They fail to realize the fact that, the truth is not an individual experience but it is the basis of all that exists in the form of dualistic illusion.

The silence is the non-dual nature of the Soul, the Self. The dualistic silence is keeping mum without speaking.

Keeping mum within the dualistic illusion is trying to imitate the nondual Soul, the Self. The non-dualistic silence is possible only when the Soul, the  Self, remains in its own awareness of illusory form, time, and space.

Deep sleep is the state of thoughtlessness, silence, wordlessness, silence but it is not considered as state of oneness because anyone can take a sleeping pill and will be able to get the state of oneness.

Thus, trying to imitate the state of oneness in duality by observing silence, thoughtlessness, wordlessness, or by yogic Samadhi or surrendering to the physical Guru, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn.

Without the Advaitic wisdom, ignorance will not vanish. Thus, getting rid of ignorance through wisdom is the only way to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

In the Vedic era, a Brahmin was a person who had acquired Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana Atma Gnana.+

The one who has realized the Brahman (God in truth) is Brahmin, not the one who is born in the Brahmin caste.

In the Vedic era, a Brahmin was a person who had acquired Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana Atma Gnana.
This was an extremely difficult path of the discipline of body, mind, and intellect, and people irrespective of their birth or class, who were dedicated to such an austere life, were recognized as Brahmins.
A great example of this tradition (that a person becoming a Brahmin, rather than born as one) is the case of Vishwamitra, a warrior (Kshatriya), who became a Brahmin after attaining Atma Jnana or Brahma Gnana or Self-Knowledge.
A smritis or code of conduct composed by Sage Atri defines Brahminhood very clearly.
"By birth, every man is a Shudra (an ignorant person). Through various types of disciplines (samskaras), he becomes a dwija (twice-born). Through the studies of scriptures, he becomes a vipra (or a scholar). Through the realization of supreme spirit (Brahma jnana), he becomes a Brahmin.”
The belief that people born in Brahmin caste, automatically become Brahmins, is a much later concept in very ancient India. Thus, Brahmin means not a caste but one who has attained Atma Jnana or Brahma Gnana.
The one who has realized the Brahman (God in truth) is Brahmin, not the one who is born in the Brahmin caste. Anyone can become Brahmin by acquiring Brahma Gnana.
The very concepts of castes by birth, upper/lower castes, superior/inferior castes, outcastes, untouchables, Dalits, etc. are clearly prohibited by Rig-Veda.”
A Brahmin is not a Brahmin merely because he is born out of a Brahmin mother’s womb. Nor he is a Brahmin merely because he is born in the Brahmin caste. Brahmin is not Caste it is the state of God. Anyone can become a Brahmin by acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
A Brahmin is one who has acquired Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana or one who is free from ignorance.
He has got rid of ignorance; He has traveled beyond all bounds of form, time, and space. He is no longer tied to the illusory form, time, and space.
A person who has acquired Advaitic Gnana is a Brahmin, not a person who indulges in priestcraft.
A Brahmin is one who has gotten rid of the strap of ignorance by acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
A Brahmin is the one who freed himself from the dualistic illusion.
A Brahmin is one who has broken all links with the illusory form, time, and space by acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Brahmin has taken off the cross-bar of ignorance. He has become aware of the truth is hidden by the ‘I’.
A Brahmin is abused and insulted by the ignorant. He is tortured, imprisoned, and bound up by the ignorant. But he endures all these without being provoked or without losing his temper.
A Brahmin has patience as his power and his firm conviction about the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.
A Brahmin is free from the ignorance of his true existence. He is not a performer of religious worship and rituals. He is not a scriptural scholar. He is restrained. He is fully aware of the fact that his individual experience of birth, life, death, and the world is an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
The Brahmin is one who does not belong to any religion, caste, race, or nationality because he does not belong to the domain of form, time, and space. He, even being within the domain of the form, time, and space is not of the form, time, and space.
The water does not get attached to the surface of the lotus leaf. The mustard seed does not get attached to the point of a needle. In the same way, the Brahmin does not get attached to religion or caste, race, or nationality. He is non-attached from the world in which he exists even though he is in the world; he is not of this world.
A Brahmin has become aware of the fact that the world in which he exists itself is an illusion created out of consciousness. Brahmin is the one who is aware of the fact that Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana frees the Soul from the cage of the dualistic illusion.
A Brahmin possesses profound wisdom. He is full of insight. He is capable of discriminating the right path from the wrong path. He has reached the highest state.
A Brahmin is the one who has established the reality of his true existence. He is not attached to the world in which he exists.
A Brahmin is the knower of Brahman. His speech is true. His words are well-meaning, constructive, and not harsh. By his words, he will not give offense to anyone. Nor will his words provoke people. He silently shares the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
A Brahmin is the knower of Brahman. He has no attachments to the ‘I’ - He has no spiritual doubts due to his right awareness, He has entered the deathless existence.
A Brahmin is one who has traveled beyond form, time, and space and realized that true existence is formless, timeless, and spaceless.
The Soul is like the moon at the full - spotless and free of blemishes. The Soul, the Self is pure, calm, serene, and exceptionally tranquil.
A Brahmin has crossed over the quagmire of passion. He has gone beyond the difficult terrain of the dualistic illusion that is hard to traverse and has crossed the boundaries of ignorance. He is fully and totally reached the other shore.
He is in Self-awareness. His spiritual doubts are resolved. His quest is over He is no longer given to grasping. He is cooled.
A Brahmin is the one who has realized Brahman. He has given up the bonds that bind him to humanity. He has gone beyond the bounds of form, time, and space. He is disengaged from all bonds of the dualistic illusion.
A Brahmin is the one who has given up the religion and religious idea of God and religious rituals. . He has also given up yogic Samadhi and the practice of meditation. He has achieved total tranquillity in the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. He has conquered the effortless reality with his mental effort.
A Brahmin knows the experience of birth, life, death, and the world is an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. . He is not attached to the illusory experience of the birth, life, death, and the world.
He has reached the destination which is beyond the illusory experience of birth, life, death, and the world. He possesses the knowledge of the essence which is the cause of the world in which he exists.
The path of truth is neither of Gods, nor religion, nor of humans. All taints of ignorance are totally eradicated in the Atmic path. Those who tread the Atmic path have attained the highest spiritual knowledge.
He is a great Sage as he has realized the essentials. He has conquered the truth which is beyond birth, life, death, and the world. He is devoid of blemishes. He has washed away all the ignorance. He has awakened to the essentials.
He has his higher awareness. He has reached the state of a Sage. He has achieved the final perfection.
Brahmin is the one who has realized the Brahman (ultimate truth) and helps fellow seekers towards the inner path.
Mundaka Upanishad:~ As rivers flow into the sea and in so doing lose name and form, so even the wise man, freed from name and form, attains the Supreme Being, the Self-luminous, the Infinite. He who knows Brahman becomes Brahman. ~ 3.2.8-
The one who knows Brahman knows his body and his experience of the world are merely an illusion and also he knows his body and his experience of the world are also as Ataman (consciousness), which is Brahman.
Thus, the priestcraft which is crafted on the body-based theories will lead one to hallucinate Moksha. But real moksha or freedom is possible only through the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Five elements can exist only in the domain of duality. The five elements are nothing to do with the Soul, the Self because the Soul, the Self is ever nondual.+

Five elements are part and parcel of the illusory universe or Maya. Five elements can exist only in the domain of duality. The five elements are nothing to do with the Soul, the Self because the Soul, the Self is ever nondual.

Realize the Soul, the Self as the witness. The Soul is the witnessing subject. The ‘I’ is an object to the Soul, which is the subject.
The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality.
The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.
People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.
That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take 'I' as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’.There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.
That is why Sage Sankara says: - VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.
People refuse to accept anything other than their Guru's words. For them, their Guru's words are the ultimate truth. They do not accept anything else other than their accepted truth. There is no need to convince such a mindset.
Such a mindset is not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seekers of truth accept only the truth nothing but the uncontradictable truth.
Remember:~
All accumulated knowledge is of no use in the path of wisdom. Without realizing “What is the truth it is impossible to realize “What is untruth?”
Without realizing what is truth and what is untruth it is impossible to assimilate the Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seeker must know with full and firm conviction what truth is.
That is why Buddha said: ~ Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.
The Advaitic wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is consciousness.
The freedom (ultimate truth) is always there yet one does not know it. But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the Soul or consciousness, the Self, is quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Ashtavakra: ~ Diamonds are not many; only pebbles and rocks are so common. A single diamond is enough. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The Self refers to Athma, not you. There is no proper English word to refer to Athma. Athma means existence.+

The Self refers to Athma, not you. There is no proper English word to refer to Athma. Athma means existence.

Athma is ever nondual in its nature. Athma is the cause of the illusory universe in which you exist.

English word 'Self' translated by the translators of the scriptures of the east and west mislead the seeking world.

It is high time to correct the past error to move forward in the right direction to reach the ultimate end of understanding and realization.

Remember:~

The ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul. Therefore, you are not the all-pervading consciousness.

You are the false self within the illusory universe or Maya. Your existence is limited to an illusory universe or Maya.

Without form, time, and space the illusory universe ceases to exist. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the cause of the illusory universe or Maya. Consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in the illusory universe or Maya.

Remember:~

The dualistic illusion is present in the form of the ‘I’

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind.

The mind is in the form of the universe.

The universe appears as a waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (non-duality).

The dream is the parallel waking and waking is a parallel dream.

If you hold the Self as 'you' then you are holding the ‘I’ as reality. If you hold ‘I’ as reality then you are holding the illusory universe or Maya as a reality.

What is the use of holding the ‘I’ (falsehood) as truth and saying I AM THIS’ or I AM THAT.

Perfect understanding of what is what leads to unfolding the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion.

Without realizing the ‘I’ is an illusion to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’, how is one to achieve freedom from the illusion by the mere utterance of the word ‘I am that? ~it would result merely in an effort of speech.

Without realizing the ‘I’ is an illusion, you will never be able to unfold the truth hidden by the ‘I’.

Ignorance is the cause of the sense of separation of form, time, and space from one another. The Self is neither you nor the 'I'. The Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Freedom comes only when you unfold the mystery of the ‘I’.+

Freedom comes only when you unfold the mystery of the ‘I’. The Soul, the Self is in the illusory cage of the ‘I’.
The ‘I’ is the dualistic illusion or Maya. Only the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara unfolds the mystery of the ‘I’.
Remember:~
the ‘I’ is not an individual because the ‘I’ is the whole universe. Limiting the ‘I’ to individuality is the cause of experiencing the universe, which is the dualistic illusion as a reality.
The nature of the ‘I’ is the nature of the mind.
The nature of the mind is the nature of the universe.
The nature of the universe is the nature of the waking.
The nature of waking is the nature of the illusion.
Thus, it is necessary to study the nature of the ‘I’ to unfold the mystery of the universe.
All Gurus' teachings limit the ‘I’ to an individual and glorify the ‘I’ without knowing what this ‘I’ is supposed to be in actuality. All ‘I-centric’ teachings are inadequate and useless for the serious seeker of truth.
If you are seeking truth nothing but the truth must discard without mercy 'I-centric teaching to progress in your spiritual quest.
The seeker must know the ‘I’ is not limited to individuality. The seeker has to see the ‘I’ as the universe, to overcome ignorance. When the Advaitic wisdom dawns, then the ignorance vanishes.

When ignorance vanishes and the dualistic illusion (world) you used to think as reality becomes unreal.

Remember:~

Freedom, freedom from the bonds of ignorance, freedom from the ‘I’ based Gurus and their teaching.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

One must realize the fact sitting quietly will bring him peace and not the truth, for he starts his quest without even knowing the meaning of truth. How then can he find it without knowing ‘what is wh?t’.

The world is real from a dualistic perspective. and the world is unreal from a nondualistic perspective.

The dualistic reality is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as ‘I’.

'I’ is impermanent because it appears and disappears. The non-dualistic reality is the Soul, the Self is infinite and unitary.

The two dimensions:~

1. Dualistic

2. Nondualistic

~ they are two orders of reality but They are only two perspectives.

The seeker must learn to view the ‘I’ from the non-dualistic perspective to realize the world in which he exists is an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The Soul is the witness of the appearance and disappearance of the ‘I’.

Whatever that is there is REAL and is not affected by the appearance and disappearance of the ‘I’. Therefore, if you hold the Self as the ‘I’ then you are missing the point. The seeker must carefully study and remove the obstacle to grasping and realizing the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.

The true seeker analyses and inquires, not relying on first impressions, and hence he is fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Opinions are not the truth. Opinions are dualistic. The uncontradictable truth is the ultimate. agreement of opinion is unacceptable because they are always based on a dualistic perspective. Verification, testing, and  proving of truth is absolutely necessary for the pursuit of truth.

The end of dualist knowledge or ‘I-centric’- knowledge is Self-knowledge or Bramha Gnana or Atma Gnana. All the ‘I-centric ’ Gurus and their teachings are merely assumed.

Swami Vivekananda said:~ "The Vedas teach that the Soul is divine, only held in the bondage of matter; perfection will be reached when this bond will burst, and the word they use for it is, therefore, Mukthi - freedom, freedom from the bonds of imperfection, freedom from death and misery."

The truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to grasp because of ignorance. You have to only realize the world in which you exist is created out of single clay. And that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’- leads to Self-awareness. By holding on to theories one remains in the realm of duality.

One has to mentally go on dropping what is not the truth through deeper Self-search. Finally, when one becomes aware of the fact that, his ego, his body, and the world are one in essence then there is Self-awareness in the midst of duality.

Sage Sankara says ~ V.63 ~ "Without knowing and examining the external world, one can’t know Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

In nondual Self-awareness, the ego is not considered as ego, even though the ego is present, the body is not considered as a body even though the body is present, and the world which confronts him is not considered as the world even though the world is present, the duality ceases even though the duality is present, and because of wisdom, everything is considered as consciousness. Thus, there is conscious oneness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

All the theories are based on the dualistic perspective. From the non-dualistic perspective, all these theories hold no water.+

All the theories based on form, time, and space are bound to be illusory theories based on the false self (form) within the dualistic illusion.

All the theories are based on the dualistic perspective. From the non-dualistic perspective, all these theories hold no water.

All the theories are based on judgment and reason is based on the base of the ‘I’ and they are a reality on dualistic logical conclusions.

The Soul does not reside in the human body. People think it is in the brain or forehead or Ajna chakra or the third eye but all of these are imaginations based on a false self (ego) within the false experience (waking).
These body-based theories have no value from the Advaitic perspective. Such theories hold no water when the ‘Self’ is not the body.:

The Tantric sex is the yogic theory and has nothing to do with Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. All physical-based paths are the path of ignorance meant for ignorant people.

When the Soul the Self is not physical (Form) then all the physical-based theories will not lead the seeker to nondualistic or Advaitic Self-awareness.

The Soul, the Self is not within the body, but the world in which the body (you) exist is within the Soul. The body-based theories are nothing to do with the Atmic path. The Soul has no chakras because it is bodiless because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

All the chakras are within the body whereas the Soul, the Self is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. Sex is possible only within the domain of form, time, and space. From the ultimate standpoint form, time, and space are merely an illusion. Thus, enlightenment through sexual intercourse belongs to the dualistic illusion.

When the Soul, the Self is formless, the question of chakra does not arise because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

People think everything is energy but without consciousness, how can one know it is energy? It is only intellectual speculation.

Chandogya Upanishad:~ One who meditates upon and realizes the 'Self' discovers that everything in the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantrams and meditation--all come from the Self.

The sun, the moon, the stars, and the planets shine because of the Soul or Spirit. The Soul shines and all things else shine as a result. Everything in the universe reflects but that light of the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness. Merely knowing the truth is not enough to escape from the tangle of illusion.

All is consciousness. The whole universe is consciousness. From consciousness, the universe comes. When the universe disappears,  consciousness still remains without form, time, and space

The Soul which is present in the form of consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in all three states. Thus, everything is consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness.

Mundaka Upanishad The Para or Higher knowledge is the knowledge of the Supreme Being while the Apara or Lower Knowledge is that of following sacrificial rites and ceremonies. (1/2/ 1 – 6) : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
