Sage Sankara’s wisdom reveals: ~ Atman is the only one ultimate reality or Brahman.+

Sage Sankara’s wisdom can be summed up in one sentence, ‘There is nothing else but Brahman. He says that Absolute Existence, Absolute Knowledge and Absolute Bliss is Real.

Sage Sankara’s wisdom reveals: ~ Atman is the only one ultimate reality or Brahman.
Advaita means the Soul, the Self, which is second to none. The Soul, which is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Advaita is the nature of God, the Self. Advaita is God. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

Sage Sankara was criticized for his views on Maya (illusion) without understanding him.

Sage Sankara said:~

(1) Brahman (Atman) is real

(2) the universe is unreal,

(3) Brahman is the universe.

He did not stop at the second because the third explains the other two. It signifies that the universe is real if perceived as the ‘Self’ and unreal if perceived as apart from the Self. Hence, Maya or illusion and reality are one and the same.

Realists criticize the concept of illusion without understanding it. Sage Sankara said:~

(1) Consciousness (Atman) is real

(2) The universe is unreal,

(3) Consciousness is the universe because the universe is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

One need not stop at the second because the third explains the other two. It signifies that the universe is real if perceived as the Self (Atman or consciousness) and unreal if perceived as apart from the Self (consciousness). Hence, illusion and reality are one and the same because both are one in essence.

Realizing the essence, which is the consciousness as the innermost Self, is Self-Realization or Truth-Realization or God- Realization.

Remember:~

The universe is not real. He says that Brahma and Atman are one. The ultimate and the Absolute Truth is the ‘Self’, which is one though appearing as many in different individuals. The individual has no reality. Only the ‘Self’ is real; the rest, mental and physical are but passing appearances.

All three states have to be resolutely weighed, and accurately, observed in the pursuit of truth. The seeker must inquire “What is this universe?”, “What is I?” Hence, a deeper inquiry is a necessary foundation. The Yogi who looks only inside and ignores the world throws away part of the materials needed to find the truth.

Without knowing the nature of the three states, it is impossible to know the truth. What is the use of trying to find his inner ‘Self’ before he understands the world, which confronts him? "The world which confronts him is also consciousness."

If the seeker does not make your induction from facts from the world before him then he has only drawn on his imaginations. Then he says “The Brahman is like this, or like that." but it will be only his mental construction.

Those who are of a dulled mind say that to be non-observant and to withdraw: keen powers of observation are desirable and will help, not hinder the pursuit of truth. The seeker has to take experiences as they come to him and he should not run away from the world in ascetic fear. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Yogic bliss is dualistic because it is based on the ego. Nondualistic Bliss is Self-awareness based on the Soul, the Self.+

Yogic bliss is dualistic because it is based on the ego. Nondualistic Bliss is Self-awareness based on the Soul, the Self.
When the Soul, the Self remains in its own formless nondual awareness of its true nature in the midst of the dualistic illusion or Maya is called Advaitic bliss.
The yogic bliss or mystical bliss is not bliss because it is not an experience. The bliss cannot be experienced it is the nature of the Soul, the Self.
Only when wisdom dawns then there is Self-awareness or non-dualistic bliss.
Without wisdom, whatever is experienced as bliss is merely a hallucination.
Remember:~

You will not get Advaitic bliss because you are not the Soul, the Self. Nature of the Soul is Advaitic bliss or conscious awareness without the 'I'.
Yogic bliss is mere a hallucinated bliss based on the false self (you) within the false experience (waking). Whatever you experienced within the world is an illusion because the world itself is a dualistic illusion.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16
Sage Sankara declaration: ~ “Brahman is the truth The World is Unreal everything is Truly Brahman and nothing else has any value.
The yogic bliss or trance experienced as an individual is nothing but a hallucination.

Remember:~

The Soul is not an individual to experience any such thing. The Soul is beyond form, time, and space.

Advaitic bliss is not yogic bliss. Advaitic Bliss is Self-awareness. When the Soul, the 'Self' remains in its own formless nondual awareness of its true nature in the midst of dualistic illusion (world) it is called Advaitic bliss.

The yogic bliss or mystical bliss is not Advaitic bliss because it is not an experience. The bliss cannot be experienced it is the nature of the Soul, the Self.

Only when wisdom dawns then there is Self-awareness or bliss. Without Advaitic wisdom whatever is experienced as bliss is merely a hallucination.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the knowledge that unfolds the mystery of the universe. The universe is created out of single stuff. And that single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The ‘I’ is present only when the mind is present. Without the ‘I’ the mind ceases to exist.

The mind is present when the universe is present. Without the mind, the universe ceases to exist.

The universe is present only when the waking is present. Without the universe, the waking ceases to exist.

So, without the ‘I’ the mind or universe or the waking ceases to exist.

From the standpoint of the Soul is the  ‘Self’, the ‘I’ the mind or universe or the waking cease exists as a reality.

The Soul is the ‘Self’ and can remain with or without the ‘I’.:~ Santthosh Kumaar

Modern science has yet to discover that consciousness is the cause of the universe, which was discovered and declared by Sage Sankara 1200 years back.+

Consciousness is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused. The universe is nothing but consciousness.

Modern science has yet to discover that consciousness is the cause of the universe, which was discovered and declared by Sage Sankara 1200 years back.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Do not accept any other truth other than consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth. Nothing is real but consciousness. Realize consciousness as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Consciousness is everywhere and in everything. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Just like ice is created out of the water the universe is created out of the Soul, the Spirit, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The ice is not different from the water in the same way the universe is not different from consciousness. Consciousness is second to none. That is why consciousness is consciousness. Consciousness means existence without form, time, and space.
You and the world in which you exist are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. Without consciousness you and the world in which you exist cease to exist.**
Whatever you have seen, known, believed, and experienced within this illusory world is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.
Consciousness is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist.
Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny consciousness, because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs.
Consciousness is everything. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Thus, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness alone, is real and eternal.
Remember:~

The final state is that consciousness is everything, the whole; there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness, whereas to say, "God is in me" is mysticism.

Consciousness is God is the rational truth, scientific truth, ultimate truth, and universal truth.
Atmic bliss is non-dualistic awareness; there is no enjoyer present to enjoy it or to distinguish it from misery. The yogi revels only in 'bliss' that is experienced i.e. that comes and goes but is not Gnanic his experience of bliss is limited to physicality. All chakra-based bliss is within the domain of physicality.
Atmic peace will be disturbed only if one recognizes a second. Hence, the yogic peace is temporary: the only enduring peace belongs to the sages of truth for it is non-dual.
Dualists or realists could not distinguish between the ‘I’ and the ‘formless witness.’ They take the ‘I’ as the Self or the witness. Their highest is to say I AM THAT without verification.
People are so much attached to the 'I' that they do not want to think that 'I' itself is an illusion. Again they are unable to detach the ‘I’ from the Real witness, which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
Dualist gurus foolishly hold that the “I” persist in deep sleep, but they cannot prove it. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

All is consciousness. The whole universe is consciousness.+

Bhagavad Gita: 7: 19:~ "Such a man who has attained Self knowledge, realizes  ‘Self’ as~ Atman (God in truth) alone exists~ everything is Atman, there exists nothing except Atman. Such a man is extremely rare.

All is consciousness. The whole universe is consciousness. From consciousness, the universe comes. When the universe disappears, consciousness still remains without the universe.

The Soul itself is God in truth, the One without a Second:~

The Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. The Soul, the God is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness itself is God in truth.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted other than consciousness a God.

Bhagavad Gita Chapter: - All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many Gods. (7- Verse -20)

Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the Self. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

Thus, by sticking up to the Gods, which are not God in truth, you are sticking up to the illusion. Sticking up to illusion means sticking up to ignorance. sticking up to ignorance means you are not qualified to acquire self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara said:~ Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

The beliefs of God, religion, and yoga are based on the false self and is nothing to do with the mental (inner) journey. The religious, rituals, worship, prayers God and guru glorification may be useful in worldly life, for those who believe in birth, life, death, and the world as reality, but they are not useful tools in realizing the ultimate truth.

From the base of consciousness (Soul) as the ‘Self’, everything other than consciousness is merely an illusion. Thus, man and his experience of the world and his belief in religious God and religion are part and parcel of the dualistic illusion created out of consciousness.

Mundaka Upanishad: ~ “The study of the Vedas, linguistics, Rituals, astronomy and all the arts can be called lower knowledge. The higher is that which leads to Self-realization. The eye cannot see it; the mind cannot grasp it. The deathless 'Self' has neither caste nor race, neither eyes nor ears nor hands nor feet. Sages say this Self is infinite in the great and in the small, everlasting and changeless, the source of life.

Arguing with believers is fruitless. Belief in tradition and scripture as if they were true or factual quite clearly is delusion, but the payoff for holding such delusions is, for those who hold them, extremely compelling--the avoidance of the "wrath of God," the hope of heaven or salvation, or the imagined "end of suffering."

Sage Goudpada says: ~ “The merciful Veda teaches karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect, while Jnana is taught to those of higher intellect”.

Sage Sankara gave religious, ritual, and dogmatic instruction to the mass but pure philosophy only to the few who could rise to it. Hence the interpretation of his writings by commentators is often confusing because they mix up the two viewpoints. Thus they may assert that ritual is a means of realizing Brahman, which is absurd.

This clearly indicates that religion, which is based on individual conduct, prescribes karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect, therefore religion is for the lower intellect. And wisdom is for those who are capable of inquiring into their own existence to know and realize the ultimate truth, which is Brahman.

Sage Sankara: ~ “The illusion must be transcended by getting rid of the ignorance in order to realize the truth of the Soul which is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

If Brahman is considered the all-pervading consciousness then, it is necessary to realize, the consciousness as the Self, which pervades all the three states, to realize the fact that there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. Thus, consciousness (Ataman) is the ultimate truth (Brahman).

The Vedas confirm God is Atman (Spirit), the ‘Self’.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.

Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman (Soul or Spirit) is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the  ‘Self’. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Rig-Veda 1-164-46 and Y.V 32-1 clearly mention that God is “One”.

Rig Veda declares God is ‘ONE’ and God is Atman, then why believe and worship in place of real God?

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~  God is Supreme Spirit.

Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

There is a clear-cut idea of God in the Vedas, Upanishad, and Bhagavad Gita. And also there is a clear-cut idea of what not to worship as God in place of real God.

That is why ISH Upanishads say: ~ “By worshipping Gods and Goddesses you will go after death to the world of Gods and Goddesses”. But will that help you? The time you spent there is wasted because if you were not there you could have spent that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is your goal. In the world of Gods and Goddesses, you cannot do that, and thus you go deeper and deeper into darkness.

It clearly indicates that:-If the human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana then why does one have to indulge in rituals and glorify the conceptual Gods, Goddesses, and gurus to go into deeper darkness? Instead spend that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is one’s prime goal.

All the religious and yogic-based knowledge, which are inferior, have to be discarded to know the ultimate truth or Brahman or God, which is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Knowledge of Atma is Adyatma. Advaita is Adyatma. Sage Sankara's Advaitic wisdom is pure spirituality or Adyathma. +

Religion and yoga are nothing to do with spirituality or Adythma. Religion and yoga are based on the matter whereas Sprituality is based on the Spirit, which is present in the form of Athma.

Religion and yoga are based on the matter, which is a product of ignorance. Sprituality is based on the Spirit, which is present in the form of Athma, which is the ultimate truth, or Brahman or God in truth.

There is a lot of confusion that arises, and the seeker may not be able to finish his journey if he has taken the path of religion or the path of yoga.

There are thousands of yogis, Godmen, and religious Gurus in India. A few competent people influence the thinking power only of the thoughtful but the vast majority are counterfeits, who pretend to influence the actions of men, which is absurd.
The seeker of truth will not desert his quest and he still continues till he reaches the ultimate end of understanding.
The person who is following the path of wisdom has to discard all his religious and traditional background.
Religion, religious Gods and yoga, and mysticism are nothing to do with the path of wisdom or the Atmic Path.
The path of yoga and the path of devotion is the lower steps meant for the innocent people who are incapable of grasping the truth which is beyond the experience of birth, life, death, and the world. There are still higher steps.

Remember:~
As per the scriptures, the three "Ashrams" or stages in life were originally intended for three grades of intelligence thus:~
v Religion: low intellects had to do 'karmas' works, ritual actions, chanting of mantras and indulging in bhajans and prayers, etc.
v Middle intellects: Yoga: taking yellow robes, going to caves and ashrams, etc.
v High intellects: wisdom who wanted truth is concerned with no external rites or sanyasa but depend solely on the intelligent inquiry for their path.

People have been misguided because of their inherited religious conditioning. The path of wisdom leads to a truth beyond the experience of birth, life, death, and the world.

Remember:~

The path of wisdom is not for religious-minded people. Everyone is free to follow their chosen path, which gives them satisfaction and makes them happy. The path of wisdom is only for those who are seriously seeking the truth.
Spirituality is nothing to do with religion. Whatever is written is the words of wisdom of the sage of truth. Do not mix religion with spirituality. Religion is meant for the ignorant populace.

Without an intense urge to realize the truth is not possible to tread the path of wisdom.
The path of wisdom is nothing to do with religion and yoga. religion and yoga are egocentric paths whereas the path of wisdom is a soulcentric path.
The path of wisdom is the path of self-verification, not a path of argument. The seeker must think and reason deeply, to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
People think when a person is so much involved with worldly life when Atman can seek itself. People without an intense urge to realize the truth of their true existence, are unfit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana.
The Path of wisdom is not for those who are immersed in worldly life. Without an intense urge, it is impossible to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Remember:~

Adyatma is nothing to do with religious sects or creeds and religious beliefs. Adyatma is pure spirituality. Knowledge of Atma is Adyatma. Advaita is Adyatma.

Adyatma is the knowledge of the truth hidden by the illusory form, time, and space. Bifurcate religion, yoga, and theoretical philosophy and base the truth on the Athma it is Adyathma.

Adyatma is based on the ultimate truth, which is based on the Atman or Spirit, which is the Self.

Sage Sankara's Advaitic wisdom is pure spirituality or Adyathma.

Come ye slow, or come ye fast; it is but the Soul, the Advaita that reveals itself at last.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Those who follow I-centric Gurus and their teaching are blocking themselves from the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.+

All the gurus of the east and west propagate that by getting get rid to get Self-realization but it is not so because they fail to realize without the ego, the world in which they exist ceases to exist.
Most of the Gurus and their teachings propagate to get rid of the ego. They prescribe love and compassion to get rid of the ego.
They are unaware of the fact that the ego is the basis of their own existence. Love and compassion will not destroy the ego.
The ego, body, and the world appear together and disappear together. Thus it is impossible to separate the ego from the body and the world.
The ego, body, and the world are created out of single clay. That single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
The world in which we exist is the product of ignorance. Ignorance hides the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.:

Remember:~

It is not the ego, which is blocking Self-realization. It is the ignorance that is blocking Self-realization. The ego is the product of ignorance.

It is impossible to eliminate the ego. You cannot go beyond the ego because you are the ego. The ego is the very basis of the world in which you exist. It is impossible to eliminate the ego.
Remember: ~
People talk of getting rid of the ego but it is impossible to get rid of the ego. The ego is the very basis of form, time, and space. Without the ego, form, time, and space cease to exist. Without the form, time, and space the world in which we exist ceases to exist.
Thus, a perfect understanding of ‘what is what' is required to get rid of ignorance. Without getting rid of the ignorance the form, time, and space prevail as a reality.
One has to get rid of ignorance, not the ego because the ego is the product of ignorance.
Just by saying let there be ‘oneness’ the diversity will not vanish. Without the Advaitic wisdom, ignorance will not vanish.
Without getting rid of ignorance, the dualistic illusion (the world in which you exist) prevails as a reality.
Trying to get rid of the ‘ego’ is like trying to get mangoes from a coconut tree. The truth is not imagination. Ornamental words may give satisfaction to a certain mindset but it blocks one from realizing the ‘Self’ hidden by ignorance.
The ultimate truth is the fullness of consciousness. There is nothing apart from consciousness, because, the whole universe is nothing but consciousness.

Remember:~

All Gurus of the east and west and their teaching of the past and present Glorified the ‘I’ and made seekers permanently remain in ignorance.

Most seekers are sentimentally and emotionally get involved with ‘I-centric Gurus and their teaching and refuse to accept anything other than their Gurus teachings. Such seekers who follow 'I-centric Gurus and their teachings are blocking themselves from the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’, which itself is ignorance.

Yoga Vasistha says: ~ Self-knowledge or knowledge of truth is not had by resorting to a Guru (preceptor) nor by the study of scripture, nor by good works: it is attained only by means of inquiry inspired by the company of wise (Gnani). One’s inner light alone is the means, naught else. When this inner light is kept alive, it is not affected by the darkness of inertia.

The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.

That is why Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, and none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.”

A Guru is needed in the religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru in to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Swami Vivekananda: ~Jñāna Yoga is divided into three parts. First: hearing the truth--that the Atman is the only reality and that everything else is Maya. Second: reasoning upon this philosophy from all points of view. Third: giving up all further argumentation and realizing the truth. This realization comes from being certain that Brahman is real and everything else is unreal.

The ‘I’ becomes ‘I’-less in deep sleep and the ‘I’-less appear as waking or dream (duality). The one that appears as the ‘I’, and the one that disappears as the ‘I-less, is the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness. The ‘I’ (mind) and ‘I-less (Soul) both are one in essence.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the three states are merely an illusion. The ‘I’ never exists in reality.

The ‘I’ is impermanent. The ‘I’ comes and goes as waking or dream, and disappears as deep sleep. There must be something permanent, to register the coming and going, of the ‘I’. The ‘I’ itself is an illusion. The Soul is the witness of the ‘I’ is permanent and eternal.

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in all three states.

It is for the seeker to go on his own and remove all the obstacles, which are blocking the realization of the truth, which is hidden by ignorance.

The greatest hindrance is mixing religion, God, scriptures, and yogic theories. Moreover, attachment to scriptures, personal God, and religious code of conduct keep one permanently in the grip of the dualistic illusion or Maya.

Embark on the journey of the truth; it frees the Soul from the illusion of form, time, and space.

When you finally realize the ‘Self ‘ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul then you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Self-inquiry is to realize the ‘Self’ is not ‘I’ but the ‘Self is the nondual Soul’, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Remember: ~

You are not the ‘Self.

You are bound by form, time, and space.

You are bound by the experience of birth, life, death, and the world.

You are never free because the world in which you exist is the product of ignorance.

It is not you who is ignorant but it is the Soul, which is in ignorance of its own true nature. When the Soul wakes up from its sleep of ignorance and remains in its own awareness the world in which you exist becomes one with Soul-awareness.

When ignorance vanishes through wisdom than the world in which you exist never again prevails as a reality.

The world in which you exist is created out of single clay. That single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the Self. The Soul is not ‘I’. The Soul is the witness of the ‘I’ which appears and disappears.

The Soul is the only permanent thing and the ‘I’ is merely an illusion. If you do not understand this truth you will never be able to cross the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ “If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

Advaita is the true nature of existence. The ‘I’ hides the Advaitic reality. Realize the ‘I’ is merely an illusion created out of consciousness, which is Advaita. Consciousness is Advaita because it is second to none.

The world in which you exist is the Dvaita (duality) is merely an illusion created out of consciousness, which is Advaita. The Advaita (nonduality) is real and eternal the Dvaita (duality) is merely an illusion.

Holding ‘I’ as the ‘Self’ is the cause of ignorance. Realize the ‘I’ is merely an illusion. Stop identifying the Self as ‘I’ or ‘I AM’. Till you identify the Self as ‘I’ or ‘I AM’ the Soul will remain in the cage of ignorance. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
