There are no separate individual Souls. Nobody has ever seen the Soul of an individual.+

The dualist Sages declare the world is real. According to dualists Sages, the reality is very much that we live in this world.

In context to Sage Sankara calling this materialistic world as a dream, the dualist sage says that we are not yet awakened from the dream to say that this is a dream. Hence what is happening at this moment is to be considered. And the world is real.

People refuse to accept the universe is an illusion it is because they are part and parcel of that illusion. The reality of the illusory universe often confuses people.

Only when one acquires Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana then he realizes the world in which he exists is mere an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the Self.

The universe is a reality on the base of ‘you (ego). You are the false Self within the false experience (waking). The universe is an illusion from the standpoint of the Soul, the Self.

The Soul is in the form of formless consciousness. This is because of some logical reasons. First, you have to analyze the definition of truth and hence why the universe is not considered as a reality.

Remember:~

Many people think Sage Sankara's path of wisdom is the path of Advaitic orthodoxy is substantially not true. Some philosophers in the world are as misunderstood and misinterpreted.

Most of the harm came from his orthodox followers. The ideas that Sage Sankara rejected came back to the Advaita fold and, the wisdom –oriented teachings of Sage Sankara became as much a face of Advaita as the rituals, worships, and other practices.

Sage Sankara treated ignorance as an error, the removal of which led to wisdom He left it at that. His followers, however, wrote tomes speculating the causes for ignorance, nature of ignorance, different forms of ignorance etc. had the Guru watched his disciples at work he might have wondered whether they were studying about Brahman or about ignorance.

Brahman— The One Without A Second

The Atman is self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny the Atman because It is the very essence of the one who denies It. The Atman is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Self is within, Self is without; Self is before, Self is behind; Self is on the right, Self is on the left; Self is above and Self is below. Brahman is not an object, as It is, beyond the reach of the physical eyes. Hence the Upanishads declare: “Neti Neti—not this, not this....” This does not mean that Brahman is a negative concept, or a metaphysical abstraction, or a nonentity, or a void. It is not another. It is all-full, infinite, changeless, self-existent, self-delight, self-knowledge, and self-bliss. It is Svarupa, essence. It is the essence of the witness. It is the Seer (Drashta), Transcendent (Turiya), and Silent Witness (Saakshi).

Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). It is above all needs and desires. It is always the Witnessing Subject. It can never become an object as It is beyond the reach of the senses. Brahman is non-dual, one without a second. It has no other besides it. It is destitute of difference, either external or internal. Brahman cannot be described because description implies a distinction. Brahman cannot be distinguished from any other than It. In Brahman, there is not the distinction of substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constitutes the very essence or Svarupa of Brahman and not just Its attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.

From the standpoint of the formless Soul, the Self, the effect is non-different from the cause. However, in the realm of duality cause is different from the effect. The non-difference of the effect from the cause has to be grasped perfectly to realize from the ultimate standpoint there is neither the cause nor the effect because the cause and effect are one in essence. That essence is consciousness.

Sage Sankara says: - If the cause is destroyed, the effect will no longer exist. For example, if from the effect, cotton cloth, the cause, threads, are removed, there will be no cloth, i.e., the cloth is destroyed. Similarly if in the effect, thread, the cause, cotton, is removed, there will be no thread, i.e., the thread is destroyed. (Brahma-sutra Bhashya, commentary on the Brahma-sutra, [9] 2.1.9)

Despite the non-difference between cause and effect, the effect has itself in the cause but not the cause in the effect. The effect is of the nature of the cause and not the cause is the nature of the effect. Therefore the qualities of the effect cannot touch the cause because the cause and effect are present only when the duality is present. The duality is present only when there is an illusion. The illusion is there only when there is ignorance. When there is no ignorance then there is no illusion. When there is no illusion then there is no duality. When there is no duality then there is no cause and effect. When there is no cause and effect then there is the nondual reality.

Sage Sankara says:~ During the time of its existence, one can easily grasp that the effect is not different from the cause. However that the cause is different from the effect is not readily understood. As to this, it is not really possible to separate cause from effect. But this is possible by imagining so. For example, the reflection of the gold ornament seen in the mirror is only the form of the ornament but is not the ornament itself as it (the reflection) has no gold in it at all. (Commentary on the Chandogya Upanishad, 6.3.2)

All names and forms are real when seen with the Sat (Brahman) but are false when seen independently of Brahman.

This way the seeker of truth establishes the non-difference of effect from cause.

In the context of Advaita Vedanta: ~ Jagat (the world) is not different from Brahman; however, Brahman is different from Jagat

It has not been possible to preach Advaitic Truth entirely free from the settings of dualistic weakness it has not been more operative and useful to mankind at large because only few will be able to grasp and realize it.

'To realize the Advaitic Truth a freer and fuller scope the seeker has to realize the form, time and space are one in essence. And that essence is consciousness. And the soul, the innermost self is present in the form of consciousness.

To realize the Advaitic truth the seeker has to be free from all superstitions and orthodox contaminations. The seeker has to be dedicated to acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana alone.'

A Gnani will easily appreciate the high flights of Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is one of the 'most majestic structures and valuable products of the Genius of man in his search for Truth.

People who strongly believe this world is real must realize: ~

A person, who stamped his foot on the ground to refute to show the world, is real, ignores that in a dream he would do exactly the same--stamp his dream foot on the ground and assert it to be real.

When you finally realize the ‘Self ‘is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul then you will realize the world in which you exist is mere an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Thus, you, your experience birth, life, death and the world are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

In Self-awareness: the witness and witnessed are one in essence. That essence is consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness.

Thus, whatever seen, known, believed and experienced as a person is a reality within the waking experience (duality) but waking experience (duality) itself is mere illusion created out of consciousness.

Remember: ~

People, who stamped their foot on the ground to refute to show the world, is real, ignore that in the dream he would do exactly the same--stamp his dream foot on the ground and assert it to be real.

The world is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

People's approach is more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the world, they take it as real. That is why all the confusion.

The look of an object will depend upon the medium through which the observer views it. In fact, our mental and intellectual conditions determine the three states, observed and experienced. The commoner viewing the universe will see differently from a Gnani viewing the same universe. Each one interprets the three states that they see in terms of their existing knowledge. The commoner sees everything based on the ego, therefore, experiences the birth, life, death and the world as reality, whereas a Gnani sees everything as consciousness and he is fully aware of the fact that, there is no second thing exists other than consciousness. And the whole universe is nothing but consciousness. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The dream becomes unreal when the waking takes place. Similarly, the waking becomes unreal when wisdom dawns. Wisdom dawns when you (waking entity or ego) realize the fact that, the self is not you, but the self is the formless soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states.

Remember:~

There is only one Self, which is the Soul. There are no separate individual Souls. Nobody has ever seen the Soul of an individual. You can only say that you have seen different bodies. when the whole universe is made of a single clay, which is the Soul then whatever the universe contains is also made of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

People who argue that Soul does not exist are not aware of the fact that their own existence is dependent on the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. There is no individual Soul because the Soul is one and which is the cause of the whole universe. The Soul is hidden by the universe.

One should not conclude because some great thinker said so or some philosophy says so. Without consciousness, the mind, which is present in the form of the universe ceases to exist. Man ceases to exist without the universe. The universe ceases to exist without the Soul, the innermost Self. The Soul can exist with or without the universe., which is a dualistic illusion.

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. No division in consciousness is admissible at any time as it is always one and the same. Even the world in which we exist must be known as false, like the delusion of a snake in a rope.

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is the true Self.

Until one thinks his body as body, ego as ego the universe as the universe, he remains in ignorance because he is still in ignorance and he is unaware of the fact that they too are consciousness.

The Soul, the Self is formless and non-dual, one without a second. It has no other besides It. It is destitute of difference, either external or internal. The Soul cannot be described because description implies a distinction. The Soul cannot be distinguished from any other than it. In the Soul, there is not distinction between substance and attribute.

Nondual awareness constitutes the very essence of the Soul, and not just its attributes. The Soul is impersonal. It becomes personal only through its association with the three states or illusion.

As through the ignorance of the real nature of the rope, the very rope appears in an instant as a snake, so also does Soul or consciousness appear in the form of the waking or dream without undergoing any change.

There exists no other material cause of this waking or dream except consciousness. Hence, these three states are nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.

All three states are consciousness, because they arise from consciousness, and sustained by consciousness, and finally, dissolve as consciousness. The idea of the pervaded and the pervading is illusory. When this supreme truth is realized, then there is no room for any distinction between the cause and the effect.

Certainly, there is no manifoldness in consciousness. The non-dual cause being an established fact, how could the three states be different from consciousness, when they are created out of consciousness?

Remember this: ~

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

The Soul is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.

Many souls’ theory is a religious theory based on a false self (ego) within the false world. When the world in which we exist is created out of a single clay and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, the question of many souls does not arise. There is one and only Soul, which is the cause of the universe.

You are not the ‘Self’ because you are mortal. You are mortal because you are bound by the experience of birth, life, death, and the world. The ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness and is immortal because it is ever formless, timeless and spaceless existence.

The one that is in ignorance is the Soul; the one that has to wake up from the sleep of ignorance is the Soul, the Self.

The world in which you exist is the product of ignorance. When ignorance vanishes the world in which you exist is mere an illusion created out of consciousness.

Without the illusion, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness alone will prevail as the ultimate reality or Brahman or God. Thus, the Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Self-realization is necessary to realize ‘what is truth and ‘what is untruth.

Many souls theory is based on the false self and false experience(world). When the whole universe is created out of a single stuff, which is the Soul than whatever the universe contains is also consciousness. Thus, the Soul is one, and in ignorance, diversity appears as reality.

Sage Sankara asks his opponents "How do you know there are separate individual Souls? Have you seen the Soul of a man? You can only say that you have seen different bodies. To say more is to misuse language. Therefore, I call you liars unless you give proof, which is impossible.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe.

So, it proves the Soul is not an individual but it is the support of all that exists in this universe.

The Soul is not limited to an individual. The individuals are many but the Soul is one. The individual exists within the universe. The Soul is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.

The Soul is not within the human body. The universe is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Thus, whatever the universe contains is bound to be the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

In the dream world, the dream people appeared together and disappeared together. Similarly, the waking world and waking people appeared together and disappeared together. Thus, the dream is created out of a single stuff and that stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. In the same way, the waking experience is also created out of single stuff. And that single stuff is consciousness.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the cause of the three states and it itself is uncaused. The many soul theories are religious and yogic fables based on the false self (ego) and false experience (waking).

Knowledge of the single stuff is the Self-knowledge of Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Like an ornament made from gold is Gold, that which is born out of consciousness is consciousness. Like gold is the permanent thing, in ornaments made of gold, similarly, the mind, which is in the form of the universe is born out of consciousness, is consciousness in its essence.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that, you are not the Self, the world in which you exist is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness, but the consciousness is specifically not an entity or identity or a thing within the world in which you exist. But it is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.

The Soul is hidden by the illusory world in which you exist. The nature of the Soul is the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Thus, it is necessary to realize the world in which you exist is created out of a single stuff, which is consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. God in truth alone is real; the world in which you exist is mere an illusion created out of consciousness.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.: ~Santthosh Kumaar

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Among thousands of men, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the ‘Self’ in truth.

Path of wisdom is not for the orthodox populace. It is difficult for the orthodox people to accept the truth because they already accepted something else as truth because of their samskara or conditioning. It is difficult for them to accept anything other than their inherited conditioning.

Even Sage Sankara appears personally and tells them what they have accepted as truth is not truth; they will never be able to accept anything other than their accepted truth.

Orthodox people must follow their chosen path which makes them happy and gives them satisfaction. Without an intense urge to acquire Self-knowledge, it is impossible to tread the path of wisdom.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Among thousands of men, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the ‘Self’ in truth.

The path of wisdom attracts only those who are in search of truth and they appreciate it greatly. The ignorant are not spiritually mature the receive Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The ignorant indulge in argument and provocation and personal attack, which hinder their own realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman.

That is why Jesus said: - Do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. (Matthew -7:6)

~ Jesus meant the knowledge of Spirit or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Don't unsettle the minds of the ignorant by revealing the esoteric truth."

Katha Upanishad says: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. (II -23-P-20)

Thus, those who have taken the path of wisdom are chosen ones. The chosen one will get the grace of the Soul the inner Guru. The path of wisdom is the Soulcentric path, whereas all other paths are egocentric. All egocentric paths are leads to hallucination.

The Soul, the Self reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.

Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the mass who were not qualified and receptive to it.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the spirit is given to only a selected few. Thus, we find traces of the knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

People’s ‘I KNOW’ attitude is blocking their realization. Their scriptural mastery is making them more egoic and stubborn.+

People’s ‘I KNOW’ attitude is blocking their realization. Their scriptural mastery is making them more egoic and stubborn.

Without humility and patience, they are unfit to receive Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

People hold some gurus or yogis as holy and worship them as God. People are unaware of the fact that worshiping the human form as God is barred by Vedas because the human form belongs to the dualistic illusion.

Nothing has to be accepted as God other than the Athma. Athma is the real God all else is an illusion. Holding anything of the illusion as holy and sacred blocks the realization of the Self.

The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known. A Guru is needed in the religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread." (Select Works of Sage Sankara" also his commentary on Brihad)

Thus, the above passage proves that all those who were the sanyasin robes are wearing them for the sake of bread belong to the religion; they are nothing to do with Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. There is no need to criticize and condemn the Gurus, yogis, and swamis because they are needed for the welfare of the ignorant mass in the dualistic world.

Sage Sankara in Viveka Chudamani (2), states that the Knower of the Atman (i.e., a Gnani) "bears no outward mark of a holy man" (Stanza 539). It means the Gurus, Swamis, and Yogis who identify themselves as holy people are not Gnanis. Those who are seeking truth need not follow any Guru or any teaching.

The one who thinks of himself as a Guru and the one who thinks of himself as a chela (disciple) will not be able to acquire Advaitic wisdom or Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana because both of them accepted themselves as the body. And all their understanding, practices, and knowledge are based on the false self (ego or you). Therefore, the Guru –Shisya concept is a great obstacle in the pursuit of truth.

Unless you realize the Self as the Soul, you are all blinded by the dualistic illusion of Maya.

The Guru who pretends to be Self- realized and plays with the emotions and sentiments of the seeker is a fraud, not a Gnani.

Until they come out of this holy and sacred business they are not receptive to Advaitic wisdom or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Religious path and yogic path and all other paths and practices are meant for the ignorant populace who has a firm conviction that the world in which they exist as a reality. Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the Spirit is given to only selected a few. Thus, we find traces of the knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Katha Upanishad says: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. ( II -23-P-20)

Upanishads: ~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)

The Advaitic truth has to be proved not assumed. The gurus of the east and west have not proved the Sage Sankara’s Advaitic truth because their knowledge of Advaita is based on the dualistic perspective. Seekers of truth have to realize how this practical life within the practical world is unreal. And on ‘what standpoint it is unreal. It is foolish to cling to the unreality because reality is hidden by the unreality. The people have stuck by the reality of the world and they stop there.

Only when we independently search for the truth without religion, yoga, and its doctrine then we will be able to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space. Unless you exercise your reason (Buddhi) -there is no chance of getting the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The Soul, the inner gurus reveal ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.

Until they drop all their accumulated knowledge their egoic attitude will not allow them to move further, they simply waste time arguing provoking, and trying to snub others. It is better to Keep away from those who want to exhibit their accumulated intellectual wealth. Those who have mastered the scriptures are unaware of the fact that their scriptural mastery is of no use in the Atmic path.

Sage Sankara says ~ 58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.

59. The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

Sage Sankara says Atman is Brahman and everything is Brahman is a scientific declaration not religious or yogic or dogmatic. Sage Sankara and Sage Goudpada are more scientific than anyone else in the world. Since the real Advaitic essence is hidden it cannot be got without the inner (mental) journey.

A Gnani will never force anyone to accept the path of wisdom. He will constantly bring the seeker back to the fact of his inherent perfection and encourage him to seek the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

A Gnani knows you need nothing, not even him, and is never tired of reminding you. A Gnani continuously shares Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana with like-minded fellow seekers.

Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.

The Advaitic truth realization is very simple. We make it complicated by mixing diverse theories, different ideologies, religions, and yoga. All our accumulated knowledge is the greatest hindrance in the pursuit of truth.

To realize the Advaitic truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space, one must have the courage of Bhagavan Buddha.

Bhagavan Buddha got enlightenment only after dropping the religion, Vedas, and the concept of God. To realize the simple truth three is no need to go from one mountain to another, one Ashram to another, or worship the Godmen or Guru as a God, or convert from one faith to another. The truth is universal. Anyone can realize it if has an intense urge.

There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. In the world in which we exist, all our thoughts, words, beliefs, and experiences are nothing but consciousness. Realizing consciousness is everything, is truth realization or Self-realization or God-realization.

The Soul, the inner guru to unfold the mystery of the ‘I’.

Bhagavan Buddha: - There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting.

The world in which you exist is the dualistic illusion created out of single stuff. To realize this knowledge of single stuff, there is no need for a Guru, there is no need to study scriptures, there is no need to go to the mountain, there is no need for a guru's blessing or grace in order to get Self-realization.

If you have an intense urge and are ready to drop all your accumulated knowledge and start afresh then you are fit and ready to take this mental journey. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Those who are propagating the Self as ‘I’ or ‘You’, are propagating ignorance, not Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom.+

The ‘Self’ is not you because you are the false identity within the dualistic illusion. The dualistic illusion hides the ‘Self’. How can you identify the Self as you or 'I' when you belong to the dualistic illusion?

Those who are propagating the Self as you are propagating ignorance, not Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom.

What is this ‘I’?

The ‘I’ is not a thought. The ‘I’ is the mind. The mind is the whole universe. The universe appears as a waking or dream (duality and disappears as deep sleep (non-duality).

The one that appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality), is the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in all three states.

Without knowing what is mind, it is impossible to realize the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.

People think the mind is within the body, but deeper self-search reveals the fact that the world in which you exist itself is the mind.

When the ‘I’ is present then only the mind is present. If the mind is there then only the universe is present.

If the universe is there then only the waking is there. Thus, it is very much necessary to realize ‘what ‘I’ is in actuality.

Without knowing ‘what is this ‘I’ it is impossible to realize the Advaitic truth, which is hidden by ignorance.

Until you hold the ‘Self ‘as the ‘I’ you will never be able to get Self-realization.

‘I’ hides the Soul, which is the Self.

'I’ is ignorance.

‘I’ is the duality.

‘I’ is the form, time, and space.

‘I’ is the universe.

‘I’ is the waking.

‘I’ is the dream.

‘I’ is the illusion.

‘I’ is the experience of birth, life, death, and the world.

Remember:~

Without the ‘I’ there is no ignorance.

Without the ‘I’ there is no duality.

Without the ‘I’ there is no form, time, and space.

Without the ‘I’ there is no universe.

Without the ‘I’ there is no waking.

Without the ‘I’ there is no dream.

Without the ‘I’ there is no illusion.

Without the ‘I’ there is no experience of birth, life, death, and the world.

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole. The ‘I’ hides the truth.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say ‘I,’, If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

Attachment to the ‘I’ is an attachment to ignorance. Ignorance is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality.

Remember:~ The ‘Self’ is not 'I' but the ‘Self’ is Soul. Realization of the Soul as the Self is detachment from the ‘I’, which is ignorance. Holding the Self as 'I' is holding the dualistic illusion (world) as a reality.

Detachment from ignorance, is freedom for the Soul, the Self from the prison of the dualistic illusion.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The onus is on the religious heads to prove their Gods based on blind faith, which they believe worship and pray can exist without consciousness.+

Know God in truth and realize God in truth. Religion is based on blind belief. But in pursuit of truth, doubt is the main ingredient.

No religious God can exist apart from the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

All the religious Gods with form and attributes cease to exist without the dualistic illusion.

The onus is on the religious heads to prove their Gods based on blind faith, which they believe, worship, and pray can exist without consciousness.

People are unaware of the fact that there is no individual God that can exist, apart from the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

In Brahman, there is not a distinction between substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constitutes the very essence or Svarupa of Brahman and not just Its attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.

Even Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality of Brahman or God in truth.

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.

Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.

Even Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Brahmano hi pratisthaham” ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Lord Krishna says Ch. V:~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

When Upanishads and Vedas declare that, “God is present in the form of the Athma, and God is indeed Athma itself” then why accept another God in place of the Atman or worship other than the Atman.

Sage Sankara says: ~ Atman is Brahman (God in truth). The Atman alone is real is not religious truth. Sage Sankara declared this Advaitic truth, which is the ultimate truth to the whole world, many centuries back is the rational truth, scientific truth, and ultimate truth.

Most people have the desire to know the truth but the capacity to understand and assimilate it is limited. The result is that people resolve the conflict by jumping to the first and simplest and easiest conclusion as the correct one, and smugly but unjustifiably thinking “I know”: Thus, they commit the fallacy of primitivity.

The seeker needs proof to accept anything as truth. Every guru intellectuals, pundit, or yogi statements have to be verified before accepting them as the ultimate truth or Brahman. Their claims have to be verified before accepting them as the truth.

Religious Gods are based on blind belief. Belief is not God. Religious God cannot be considered as the center because the Soul and the innermost ‘Self’ is the center of all that exists. Without the Soul the world in which you exist ceases to exist, which means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence. God in truth is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~"He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

No mantras help to get rid of ignorance. All the mantras and rituals are meant for the ignorant populace, which strongly believes, in the world in which he exists as a reality. For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

That is why Sage Sankara:~ VC-61- For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

VC- v6~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together

Sage Sankara goes on to say: ~A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman (God).” Brahman must be realized. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by subtle arguments. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Scientists hold the objective universe as a subject and try to investigate the mystery of the universe so they fail to realize the cause of the universe.+

Scientists hold the objective universe as a subject and try to investigate the mystery of the universe so they fail to realize the cause of the universe.
Scientists need to prove whether the universe can exist without consciousness.
Max Planck: ~ “Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature. And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are part of nature and therefore part of the mystery that we are trying to solve”
***
All scientific inventions are based on the dualistic perspective whereas the ultimate truth of existence is based on the nondualistic perspective.
Scientific inventions are limited to the domain of form, time, and space whereas the truth is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
The scientists and the world in which they exist and their inventions are created out of single stuff. And that single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaita.
Advaita is the rational truth, scientific truth, the ultimate truth, and universal truth that cannot be contradicted. The Advaitic truth was declared by the Sage Scientist Sankara 1200 years back.

One day the scientist also will confirm and declare that the universe is nothing but consciousness.

Remember:~

You cannot say that matter is independent of the mind because the mind itself is the matter.

Scientists say now that matter is mind-body. Gnanis say that matter is only mind and matter and mind are the same thing. The whole universe is nothing but the mind.
No scientist has been able to explain how and when consciousness--came into existence.

The mind appears as ‘I’ and ‘I’ is the whole universe; in waking or dream it appears as the universe and disappears as the Soul in deep sleep; it is constantly changing.

Why You Are Not Your Brain, and Other Lessons from the Biology of Consciousness

By: Alva Noƫ. Hill and Wang, 2009

Alva No, a University of California, Berkeley, philosopher, and cognitive scientist, argues that after decades of a concerted effort on the part of neuroscientists, psychologists, and philosophers "only one proposition about how the brain makes us conscious ... has emerged unchallenged: we don't have a clue." The reason we have been unable to explain the neural basis of consciousness, he says, is that it does not take place in the brain. Consciousness is not something that happens inside us but something we achieve it is more like dancing than it is like the digestive process. To understand consciousness the fact that we think and feel and that the world shows up for us we need to look at a larger system in which the brain is only one element. Consciousness requires the joint operation of the brain, body, and world. "You are not your brain. The brain, rather, is part of what you are."

Consciousness is the cause of the universe and it, itself is uncaused. The universe is nothing but consciousness. Modern science has yet to discover consciousness is the cause of the universe, which was discovered and declared by Sage Sankara 1200 years back.

Until and unless scientists become aware of the fact that, the Self is not physical their experiments will not yield any fruit. The experiment on the physical body and trying to find the truth is like trying to drain the ocean drop by drop.

Until scientists realize the fact that, the gross world is merged into the mental experience in the sense that when it is analyzed, it is found to exist inseparably in and as consciousness alone.

All "spiritual" planes are really mental: those who regard them as different or higher are taking the physical body and the world as reality.

Scientists take birth, life, and death as a reality, their scientific inventions are based on physical awareness, and they will not be able to go deeper into this subject because they cannot cross the threshold of the illusory form, time, and space.

Modern equipment can investigate objects within the physical existence, but it is impossible to investigate the physical existence as a whole i.e. man and the world together. The whole cannot be investigated with laboratory conditions. Only through deeper thinking through inquiry, analysis, and reasoning, the whole has to be investigated.

One has to reach beyond the physical existence, mentally, and discovers, and grasp the fact that physical existence is merely an illusion created out of single stuff; otherwise, he will remain to believe the duality is a reality. : ~Santthosh Kumaar
