God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.+

Dualists have introduced the concept of God with attributes when Yajur Veda says: ~ those who worship visible things, born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like), in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness. Therefore, all these add-ons prove that the form and attribute-based concepts are introduced by some sages of the past with a new belief system and code of conduct in the name of Vedas.

It clearly indicates that: -If the human goal is to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana then why indulge in rituals and glorify the conceptual Gods and Goddesses to go into deeper darkness. Instead, spend that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is one’s prime goal.

Since it is eternal and infinite, it comprises the only truth. The goal of Vedic religion, through the various yogas, is to realize that consciousness (Atman) is actually nothing but Brahman.

The Vedic pantheon of Gods is said, in the Vedas and Upanishads, to be the only higher manifestations of Brahman. For this reason,- "ekam sat" (all is one), and all is Brahman.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.

Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.

Kena Upanishad (1) Chapter II:~ If you think: "I know Brahman well," then surely you know but little of Its form; you know only Its form as conditioned by man or by the Gods. Therefore Brahman, even now, is worthy of your inquiry.

Kena Upanishad (2) Chapter II:~ The disciple said: I think I know Brahman. The disciple said: I do not think I know It well, nor do I think I do not know It. He among us who knows the meaning of "Neither do I not know nor do I know-knows Brahman.

Kena Upanishad (3) Chapter II:~ He by whom Brahman is not known, knows It; he by whom It is known, knows It not. It is not known by those who know It; It is known by those who do not know It.

Kena Upanishad (4) Chapter II:~ Brahman is known when It is realized in every state of mind; for by such Knowledge one attains Immortality. By Atman one obtains strength; by Knowledge, Immortality

Kena Upanishad (5) Chapter II:~ If a man knows Atman here, he then attains the true goal of life. If he does not know It here, great destruction awaits him. Having realized the Self in every being, the wise relinquish the world and become immortal

Thus, the goal is to realize the Atman (consciousness). The Atman (consciousness) is nothing but Brahman.

Realizing Atman (consciousness) as Brahman (ultimate truth) is truth realization or Self-realization.

There is no need to follow religion, study the scriptures, or glorify the Gods and the Gurus and follow the path of doubts and confusion by losing oneself in the labyrinths of philosophy to get Self-realization when there is an easier path.

By mentally tracing the source of the mind, from where it rises and subsides, one becomes aware of the fallacy of the mind, which rises as the duality (universe or waking or dream) and subsides as the nonduality (deep sleep). The mind rises from consciousness and subsides as consciousness.:~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaitic Orthodoxy accepts God in many forms and names. Sages Sankara declares the Atman is Brahman.+

Advaitic Orthodoxy accepts God in many forms and names. Sages Sankara declares the Atman is Brahman. That is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman. That is the ultimate truth is God. And the ultimate truth itself is worthy of Godhood.

Kena Upanishad (6) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be apprehended by the mind, but by which, they say, the mind is apprehended- That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (7) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be perceived by the eye, but by which the eye is perceived- That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad  Chapter I:~ That which cannot be heard by the ear, but by which the hearing is perceived- That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (9)- Chapter I:~ That which cannot be smelt by the breath, but by which the breath smells an object- That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Swami Vivekananda:~ The masses in India cry to sixty million Gods and still die like dogs. Where are these Gods?

Knowing this, stand up and fight! Not one step back that is the idea. ... Fight it out, whatever comes. Let the stars move from the sphere! Let the whole world stand against us! Death means only a change of garment. What of it? Thus, fight! You gain nothing by becoming cowards. ... Taking a step backward, you do not avoid any misfortune. You have cried to all the Gods in the world. Has misery ceased? The masses in India cry to sixty million Gods and still die like dogs. Where are these Gods? ... The Gods come to help you when you have succeeded. So what is the use? Die game. ... This bending the knee to superstitions, this selling yourself to your own mind does not befit you, my Soul. You are infinite, deathless, birthless. Because you are infinite spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. ... Arise! Awake! Stand up and fight! Die if you must. There is none to help you. You are the entire world. Who can help you? ~ Swami Vivekananda (Delivered In San Francisco, on May 28, 1900) -The Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda/Volume 1/Lectures And Discourses/The Gita II

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ The Self is indeed Brahman (God), but through ignorance, people identify it with intellect, mind, senses, passions, and the elements of earth, water, air, space, and fire. This is why the Self is said to consist of this and that and appears to be everything.

Yajurveda says: - if one worships what is not God: ~

Translation 1.

They enter darkness, those who worship natural things (for example air, water, sun, moon, animals, fire, stone, etc.).

They sink deeper in darkness those who worship sambhuti. (Sambhuti means created things, for example, table, chair, idol, etc.) ~ (Yajurveda 40:9)

Translation 2.

"Deep into the shade of blinding gloom fall asambhuti's worshippers. They sink into darkness deeper yet who on sambhuti is intent.~("Yajurveda Samhita by Ralph T. H. Giffith pg 538)

Translation 3.

"They are enveloped in darkness, in other words, are steeped in ignorance and sunk in the greatest depths of misery who worship the uncreated, eternal prakrti -- the material cause of the world -- in place of the All-pervading God, But those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time."~(Yajur Veda 40:9.)

So, Yajur Veda indicates that: ~

They sink deeper in darkness those who worship sambhuti. (Sambhuti means created things, for example, table, chair, idol, etc ~(Yajurved 40:9)

Those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, and bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time."~ (Yajur Veda 40:9.)

The Hindus believed in polytheism, believing all of their Gods to be separate individuals, which was introduced much later by the founders of Hinduism which contains diverse beliefs caste, and creed.

When the religion of the Veda knows no idols, then why so many Gods and Goddesses with different forms and names are being propagated as Vedic Gods. Why these conceptual Gods are introduced when the Vedic concept of God is free from form and attributes.:~Santthosh Kumaar

The sense of 'I' itself is ignorance.+

The sense of 'I' itself is ignorance. In reality, the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the ‘Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Those Gurus hold the ‘I’ as the “Self” only propagating the half-baked knowledge as the ultimate truth. And those who follow such Gurus will remain like stagnant water in the muddy pond.

Those Gurus who say “You are not this, there is nothing of yours in this, except the 'I am', which is the bridge between the watcher and his dream.  ‘I AM THIS; I AM THAT' is a dream, while pure 'I AM' has the stamp of reality on it. You have tasted so many things -- all came to naught. Only the sense 'I am' persisted -- unchanged. Stay with the changeless among the changeful, until you can go beyond”. ~ Such a declaration keeps you permanently in ignorance because it is based on form alone.

These gurus think the Self is within you whereas you and your experience of the world are within the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

When the Self is not you then what is the use of saying ‘I am not this ‘I am that without realizing what the Self is in actuality.

You have to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be?  You have to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes to realize the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.  The  ‘I’ is present in the form of  the form, time, and space

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes(2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is the cause of the 'I'.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ “If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," if you feel the “Self” is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated that the Self is the ‘I’.

There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

Without knowing what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality it is impossible to grasp the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.

You and your world are within the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion.  The Self is not ‘I’ but the Soul, which is the witness of the ‘I’. 'I' is the dualistic illusion.

You and your experience of the world are nothing to do with the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion.

Thus, you and your individual experience of birth, life, death, and the world have nothing to do with the Soul, the Self.

When ignorance vanishes, then the Soul, the  Self, remains in its own nondual awareness. :~Santthosh Kumaar

Advaita is nothing but the nondual nature of God in truth.+

Sage Goudapada’s rational exposition of Advaita:~ Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, whether by the ordinary persons or yogis, is unreal.

Advaita is nothing but the non-dual nature of  God in truth. Advaita is nothing but  God in truth.

God in the Bible is not the God people believe in and pray for.

The Bible says: ~ God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)

God in Vedas is not the God people believe in and worship.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~   God is  Supreme Spirit.

Vedas and Upanishads confirm the Soul, the Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness.

If God is Spirit, then how does man know God created the world? There is no proof. If man had seen God creating the world, he could admit it, but how could he have seen God before he came into existence? (i.e. were created).

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there.

The Spirit is present in the form of consciousness. Everything is consciousness. All the moments are within the dualistic illusion. Whatever happens within the dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus,  Consciousness alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

Remember:~

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Know God in truth and realize God in truth.+

Since we see the world as the world we do not see the Soul, the ‘Self’ hidden by the world.
Without a perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ it is impossible to realize the truth hidden by the world in which you exist. Without Advaitic Gnana the world in which you exist prevails as a reality.
Know God in truth and realize God in truth.
A Gnani sees the ‘Self’ hidden by the world in which he exists as it is. All the memories belong to the dualistic illusion.
Don’t bother about anything other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Stick to the Soul, the ultimate truth, or Brahman or God in truth. Mentally don’t let go of your hold on the Soul under any circumstances.
The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.
Consciousness has no such thing as upper or lower (part), it has no inside or outside, it has no middle or any ‘across’, and it has no eastern or western direction because it is all-pervading like space or pervades space also. It is one and without parts. It remains as the one ‘Self’, free from all diversities.
Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.
Do not accept any other God other than the Soul. The Soul is God in truth, Nothing is real but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Nothing matters but realizing God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is real and eternal and all else is an illusion.
\
Brahman is merely a word to indicate the ultimate truth or God in truth. The ultimate truth itself is God in truth. :~Santthosh Kumaar

Our body and the world in which we exist are made out of single clay. That single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.+

Our body and the world in which we exist are made out of single clay. That single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Thus, the whole universe in which we exist is nothing but consciousness.

Thus, consciousness alone is real and the universe in which we exist is merely an illusion. Thus, all the contents of the universe are merely an illusion.

You are bound by birth, life and death, and the world. You are born in this world, which is merely an illusion.

You are living within the illusory world, and you are going to die within the illusory world. Whatever is born, lives, and dies within the illusory world is not the Self.

Only in illusion, there is form, time, and space. The form, time, and space within the illusory world have nothing to do with the Soul, the Self.

The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, there is no scope form, time, or space. In the real nature of the Soul, there is no duality.
All the years you have passed are an illusion. Billions of past and future years belong to the illusion.
The things that happened billions of years ago and the things that are to happen billions of years from now are happening within the illusion.
The illusion is an illusion that has nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
The practical life within the practical world has nothing to do with the Soul, the Self.  The Soul is the formless substance and the witness of the illusion.
In the realm of the truth, the substance and the witness of the illusion are one in essence. That essence is the Soul or consciousness.  Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.   : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Goudapada’s rational exposition of Advaita:~ Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, whether by the ordinary persons or yogis, is unreal.+

Consciousness is not one; how can there be a second different from it? It has neither absoluteness nor non-absoluteness. It is neither void nor non-void since it is devoid of duality.  It cannot be described that which is the formless essence of all the three states.

Sage Goudapada’s rational exposition of Advaita:~ Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, whether by the ordinary persons or yogis, is unreal.

A person within a dream gets visions that he is in search of the ancient yogi with all magical powers and he goes in search of the ancient yogi in the Kumbha Mela. The ancient yogi gives darshan blesses him and disappears. The dream becomes unreal when the waking takes place.

A person within the waking gets visions that he was in search of the ancient yogi with all magical powers and he goes in search of the ancient yogi in the Kumbha Mela. The ancient yogi gives darshan blesses him and disappears.

The waking becomes unreal when you realize the Self is not you, but the Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Consciousness is the cause of the three states and it, itself is uncaused. From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the three states are merely an illusion created out of the Soul itself.

Brahman is merely a word to indicate the ultimate truth or God in truth.  The ultimate truth itself is God in truth.

Rig Veda 1/164/46: ~ “They call him Indra, Mitra, Varuna, Agni, or the heavenly sunbird Garutmat. The seers call in many ways that which is One; they speak of Agni, Yama, Matarishvan.

Rig Veda 8/58/2: Only One is the Fire, enkindled in numerous ways; only One is the Sun, pervading this whole universe; only One is the Dawn, illuminating all things. In very truth, the One has become the whole world.

Consciousness in you and the consciousness in the whole universe are one and the same. Those who realize this truth find unity in diversity in their understanding and cross the ocean of ignorance.

Consciousness is the cause of the three states and it, itself is uncaused. From the standpoint of the Soul, the  Self, the three states are merely an illusion created out of the Soul itself.:~Santthosh Kumaar

A deeper investigation “Who Am I?- inquiry.+

The seeker has to find answers to clear doubts and confusion which arise in a deeper investigation of  Sage Ramana Maharishi's  ~  “ Who...
