The word God is the best word to express because the ignorant populace is attached to the word God.+

If people have believed in religious propagated myth things over thousands of years, the length of time does not prove it true.

Human Goal is to realize God in truth. God in truth is hidden by ignorance. Urge to seek to realize God in truth is inherent in every seeker.

Sage Sankara’s  Brahman or God in truth is impersonal. Worshiping personal Gods is meant for the orthodox people who are ignorant and refuse to accept the truth.

The word God is the best word to express because the ignorant populace is attached to the word God.

Brahman -The English use of the word real as applied to the material world, whereas we Advaitins use it as applied to unseen Atman or the consciousness. Hence, many errors have arisen in translations from Sanskrit.

Brahman ~ The word Brahman or Sat has no proper equivalent in English. The nearest is ultimate reality or ultimate truth. The west, however, applies reality to individual objects or to the multiplicity of them all: whereas Advaitins apply it to nonduality. Brahman is called "That" because it is something not known yet by the seeker.

The words are used for communication purposes. From the non-dualistic perspective, the words are meaningless. The words are only used within the dualistic illusion to indicate the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Why worship personal Gods when Sage Sankara says God is impersonal.

Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman (God in truth) is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). God is above all needs and desires. God is always the Witnessing Subject. God can never become an object as God is beyond the reach of the senses. God is non-dual, one without a second. God has no other besides it. God is destitute of difference, either external or internal. God cannot be described because the description implies a distinction. God cannot be distinguished from any other than God. In God, there is not distinction between substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constituted the very essence or Svarupa of God, and not just God's attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.
God is neither male nor female because God is non-dual. God is in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself. Athma is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

All Gods with forms and names are a reality within the dualistic illusion or Maya. the real God is hidden by the dualistic illusion or Maya. the dualistic illusion is present in the form of the universe (I).

You call it God, You call it Atman or Brahman,  and you call it Para Brahman, you call it ParamAtman, you call it the ultimate truth or ultimate reality, Christ consciousness or Buddha’s nature, you are identifying the Atman with a different name.

Advaita means the Soul, the Self, which is second to none. The Soul, which is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Advaita is the nondual nature of God, the Self. Advaita is God. Advaita is the fullness of  consciousness.

Vedas and Upanishads confirm the Soul, the Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit.

Yajurveda: ~ There is no image of God in truth. God in truth is unborn and eternal. (Chapter 32, Verse 3)

Yajurveda: ~ God in truth is nondual and pure" (Chapter 40, Verse)

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman (Soul or Spirit) is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.

Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.

Chandogya Upanishad: ~ Sarvam khalvidam brahma ~ All this (universe) is verily Brahman. By following back all of the relative appearances in the world, we eventually return to that from which it is all manifest – the non-dual reality.

Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there.

Even Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham- Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material (Gita 14.27)

If God is a nondual Spirit, then how does man know God created the world? There is no proof. If man had seen God creating the world, he could admit it, but how could he have seen God before he came into existence? (i.e. were created).

All the scriptures indicate that Atman is Brahman, and Brahman is the ultimate truth. Therefore the Soul, which is in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth.

The Atman or the Soul or consciousness, the ‘Self’ is the witness-consciousness that experiences the action, the actor, and the world of separate things. It is like a light that illuminates everything in a theater, revealing the master of ceremonies, the guests, and the dancers with complete impartiality. Even when they all depart, the light shines to reveal their absence.

The Atman is God in truth. The Atman is Brahman. The Atman is Para Brahman. The Atman is ParamAtman. The Atman is the ultimate truth or the ultimate reality. The Atman is Christ-consciousness. The Atman is Buddha’s nature. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
