Sage Sankara proved the existence of God by declaring ~ Atman is the only one ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.+

The proof of God’s existence is not possible without knowing what God is supposed to be in actuality. God in truth is existence itself.

Sage Sankara proved the existence of God in truth from the Vedic perspective and also proved the existence of God in truth rationally.

Sage Sankara himself had often said that his philosophy was based on Shruti, or revealed scripture. This may be because, Sage Sankara addressed the ordinary man, who finds security in the idea of causality and thus, in the idea of God—and Revelation is indispensable to prove the latter. He believed that those of superior intelligence, have no need of this idea of divine causality, and can, therefore, dispense with Shruti and arrive at the truth of Non-Dualism by pure reason.

When Sage Sankara says Brahman or God is impersonal and attributeless then why worship God with form, names, and attributes.

God and Goddess are religious concepts. Whatever is seen, known, believed, and experienced as a person within the dualistic illusion (world) is a falsehood.

Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman (God in truth) is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). It is above all needs and desires. It is always the Witnessing Subject. It can never become an object as it is beyond the reach of the senses. Brahman (God in truth) is non-dual, one without a second. It has no other besides it. It is destitute of difference, either external or internal. Brahman (God in truth) cannot be described because description implies a distinction. Brahman (God in truth) cannot be distinguished from any other than it. In Brahman (God in truth), there is not distinction between substance and attribute. Awareness constitutes the very essence or the true nature of Brahman (God in truth), and not just its attributes. The attributeless Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.

When Sage Sankara says Atman is Brahman or God then why believe and accept anything as God other than the Atman. Vedas say May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?

~ Then, why worship non-Vedic Gods in place of Atman, the real God. Self-realization is truth- realization. Truth- realization is God-realization and God-realization is real worship.

Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God. One must realize the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

Religious Gods are based on blind faith or blind belief f. Religious God cannot be considered as the cause of the universe because the Soul, the ‘Self’ is the cause of all that exists in the form of the universe.

Without the Soul the world in which you exist ceases to exist, which means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.

Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion

Even Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

Sage Sankara is the only Sage who proved the existence of God by declaring ~ that Atman is the only one ultimate reality or Brahman. Brahman is God in truth.

Atman is Brahman. The Atman is the Self is non-dual because there is no second thing that exists other than the Atman. Atman is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is the only true reality, and everything else, which appears as form, time, and space is merely an illusion.

Advaita means the Soul, the Self, which is second to none. The Soul, which is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. Advaita is the nature of God in truth, the Self. Advaita is God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

The Soul, the Self itself is Brahman or God in truth. God is present in the form of consciousness. God is ever-present. Without God or consciousnesses, the world, in which you exist, ceases to exist.

God in truth is self-evident. God is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny the existence of God because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. God is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. God is everything. God, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ ‘Brahmano hi pratisthaham’ ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

The Soul, the God which is present in the form of consciousness, is real and eternal. The world in which we exist is an illusion created out of consciousness.

God is beyond is hidden by the physical existence. God can never be proved, through intellectual argument but God can be realized by greeting rid of ignorance. Only by acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana getting rid of ignorance possible. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

People believe that the world was created by God. But how do they know that God did so?+

In Brahma Sutra Sage Sankara takes the position that there is another entity outside us, i.e. the wall really exists separately from the mind. This was because, Sage Sankara explains in Manduka Upanishad that those who study the Sutras are religious minds, and intellectual children, hence his popular viewpoint to assist them. These people are afraid to go deeper because it means being heroic enough to refuse to accept Sruti, and God's authority, in case they mean punishment by God.

Sage Sankara says: Keep the scriptures for children but throw them on the fire for wise seekers.

In Brahma Sutras Sage Sankara takes for granted, and assumes that a world was created: He there mixes dogmatic theology with philosophy.

That God created the world is an absolute lie; nevertheless, you will find Sage Sankara (in his commentary on Vedanta Sutras) clearly says this! He has to adapt his teachings to his audience, reserving the highest for philosophical minds.

The text of Brahma Sutras is based on religion and dogmatism, but in the commentary Sankara cleverly introduced some philosophy. If it is objected that a number of Upanishads are equally dogmatic because they also begin by assuming Brahman, but a few Upanishads do not, but prove Brahman at the end of a train of proof.

The causality and creation, but are for religious people only. Religion is only for those who are unable to understand truth beyond form, time, and space. Religion is not final. It only gives satisfaction to the populace.

Self-knowledge is for the whole of humanity, which frees them from experiencing illusory birth, life, death, and the world as reality.

People of small intelligence follow religion and believe that the world was created by God. But how do they know that God did so? When a pot is created, one can see both pot and its maker, but not in the case of the world.

Sage Sankara says ~ V-63-"Without knowing and examining the external world, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

The seeker has to begin his analysis with the world first, not with the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. In the world in which you exist, consciousness is the finality.

A Gnani sees the world in which he exists as consciousness." But to know this they must be examined and studied.

The yogi does not care to know about the world" and for a Gnani nothing remains to be known to him because he is fully aware of the fact that the universe in which he exists is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.

The Pundits do not know the true nature of the world in which we exist. Scriptures deal only with the Objects, not with the Witness of the objects.

If one starts with the idea that Samsara (universe) exists, he can never see the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, because Samsara (world) is an illusion and only ignorant people read it as a reality. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The modern generation is more advanced and seeks to know the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.+

Religion is regarded as sacred and real by the common people, by the wise as false, and by the political class as useful.

Democracy and religion will not go hand in hand. Democracy has its own code of conduct and religion has its own. So there is always conflict. Religion is outdated to suit modern society.

Until and unless the whole of humanity is made aware that God in truth is the truth of true existence not what we believe and worship the wars, violence, and terrorism which is going on in the name of God and religion continue.

Until the falsity of religion and its idea of God is not exposed world peace and universal brotherhood are impossible.

God is nothing but an existence that is free from ignorance. When the truth of God is revealed through wisdom then that truth will set humanity free from ignorance.

Remember:~

Religions is meant for the ignorant populace to give samskara (conditioning) to be, behave, and live in a certain way with love and harmony within the society. But all these outdated samskaras or conditioning are not suited for the modern generation who are capable of realizing the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Spirituality is most suited for Modern Society to discard the belief systems, which is the cause of terrorism wars, and violence in the name of religion and Gods.

Religion is the cause of the separation of humanity. Today humanity is facing wars, violence, and terrorism, in the name of religious God and religion.

Remember:~

The modern generation is more advanced and capable of reasoning and discriminating. The modern generation is more advanced and seeks to know the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

It is high time for the orthodox highly educated noble Advaitins to realize their religious-based orthodox path was meant for the ignorant in the past, therefore, it is outdated and not suited for the modern generation.

The right path for the modern generation is the path of the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara. Orthodox Advaita is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman. Thus, getting stuck with the religious path is getting stuck with the dualistic illusion.

Getting stuck with dualistic illusion is getting stuck with falsehood. Getting stuck with falsehood is accepting the illusory experience of birth, life, death, and the world as a reality. Thus, the people who want freedom or Moksha right here, right now, that is, in this very life and in this very world must follow the path of wisdom.

Orthodoxy is the path of ignorance because it recognized the experience of birth, life, death, and the world as a reality.

It is high time to stop judging who is right and who is wrong in this unreal world instead one has to spend the same time to acquire Self -knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

As indicated in ISH Upanishads:~By worshiping Gods and Goddesses you will go after death to the world of gods and goddesses. But will that help you? The time you spent there is wasted because if you were not there you could have spent that time moving forward towards Self -knowledge, which is your goal. In the world of gods and goddesses, you cannot do that, and thus you go deeper and deeper into the darkness.

It clearly indicates that: ` If the human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge then why one has to indulge in rituals and glorifying the conceptual gods, goddesses, and gurus to go into deeper darkness. Instead, spend that time moving forward towards ‘Self’-knowledge, which is one’s prime goal. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaita means, the non-dual nature of the Atman, which is Brahman or God in truth.+

Advaita means the Soul, the Self. The Soul, the Self is one without the second. The Soul is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness. The Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Advaita means, the non-dual nature of the Atman, which is Brahman or God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

Advaita is not a theory based on religious doctrine. Advaita is an inner revolution. Advaita is not entertainment to please a different mindset.

Sage Sankara’s wisdom is the beautiful and uncontradictable ultimate truth. The seeker has to penetrate as deeply as possible to unfold the mystery of his true existence. It will be difficult to find a Brahma Gnani like Sage Sankara.

Advaitic wisdom will not touch the ignorant populace. Advaitic wisdom can reach the core of serious and sincere seekers. The seeker needs some different approaches, which are free from religious Gurus, religion, scriptures theories, and yoga. Unless the words of wisdom touch the inner core the truth will not be revealed.

The so-called ‘Self’-declared Gurus of the east and west can go on repeating the Advaita parrot-like, ornamental words ~ they don't mean anything. Whatever the Gurus are saying of the Advaita is from a dualistic perspective. Their knowledge is skin deep. They may be great Gurus or yogis, but they are not Gnanis.

Some thinkers come very close, almost on the boundary line of Advaita, and stop there and start propagating love and repeating the names of God. Perhaps they are afraid that if they talk about Advaita because they have only a superficial knowledge of Advaita gathered from different sources.

There is no need to talk about religion and criticize yoga, and the scriptures against the Atheists because they all are part and parcel of the dualistic illusion. Condemning criticizing ignorance will not vanish. There is only a need to realize, that religion, yoga, and scriptural mastery are not the means to acquire the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana.

Remember this: ~

The Soul, the ‘Self is the whole hidden by the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind, therefore; ‘I’ is the mind.

The mind is present in the form of form, time, and space together; therefore, form, time, and space together are the mind.

The duality is present only when the form, time, and space are present, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the duality.

Form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the universe.

The universe appears as the waking or dream, therefore, the waking or dream is the universe.

The waking is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is unborn eternal.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

Remember this: ~

Without the ‘I’ there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the mind, there is only the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without form, time, and space, there is only the Soul, the fullness of consciousness.

Without the universe, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the waking or the dream, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the individual experience of birth, life, and death, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the ‘I’ is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the mind is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, form, time, and space are an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the universe is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the waking or dream is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the individual experience of birth, life, and death is an illusion.

The Soul, the Self is the cause of all that exists as an illusion, and the Soul, the Self, itself is uncaused.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Realize, ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality and what is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

If you realize the ‘Self ‘is not the ‘I’ but the Soul then whatever is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

Realizing the Soul is not the ‘I’ but the Soul is the Self, is Self–realization.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist.

Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. The dualistic illusion or Maya hides the truth of the Advaita.

The one that becomes the duality (waking or dream) and one that remains nonduality in deep sleep, is the Soul, the Self.

Religions are based on blind belief whereas spirituality is based on Spirit, the truth, which is the existence itself.

Spiritual truth is universal whereas religious truth is individualized truth.

Religion is based on a dualistic perspective whereas spirituality is based on a nondualistic perspective. Whatever is based on the dualistic perspective is egocentric and whatever is based on the nondualistic perspective is Soulcentric.

There is no need for any religion. Religion is based on blind belief. The belief is not the truth.

Religion conditions one to base on blind faith or blind belief. The blind belief is always based on the false Self (ego), within the false experience (waking).

Believing in any religion is a great hurdle in assimilating the truth hidden by ignorance. From the ultimate standpoint, there is no value in any blind belief-based Gods.

Religion can never make you know God because it propagates blind belief in God. Only an intense urge to know what God is supposed to be in truth can make you realize God.

Spirituality is based on the Spirit, which is the cause of the world in which we exist. Religion is the cause of wars, violence, and terrorism.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is pure spirituality with nothing to do with religion, sect, or dualistic-based spirituality.

Until Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is propagated effectively, many generations will suffer from violence, wars, and terrorism, which is going on in the name of religion and God.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom will one day replace all the religions of the world because Advaitic wisdom is the knowledge of God in truth

Perfection comes through Self-realization. Self-realization is possible only through perfect understanding and assimilation of ‘what is what’

People are ignorant of the fact that worshipping Gods based on blind belief or blind faith is superstition.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom will one day replace all the religions of the world.

Religious Gods are mythical based on blind belief or faith. Mythical Gods are not God in truth.

Bhagavad Gita Chapter:~ ‘All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many Gods. (7- Verse -20)

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad declares: "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods he is like a pasu (beast)".

Swami Vivekananda: ~ The masses in India cry to sixty million gods and still die like dogs. Where are these gods? - Swami Vivekananda (Delivered In San Francisco, on May 28, 1900) -The Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda/Volume 1/Lectures and Discourses/The Gita

ISH Upanishads: - By worshipping gods and goddesses you will go after death to the world of gods and goddesses. But will that help you? Swami Vivekananda: ~ “If superstition enters, the brain is gone. Superstition is our great enemy, but bigotry is worse.

How can you worship the Absolute? That implies two ~ the worshipper and the worshipped, whereas the Absolute is nondual. One can worship his idea of the Absolute only or realize his unity with it when he can’t worship it as a part.

Upanishads say in effect that: ~ If you believe that the ‘the Soul, the innermost Self’ is one and God (Brahman) is another you cannot understand Truth.

The religion preaches that God is one and the ways to God are many. It simply tries to lead them to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the Self.

People all over the world in the past and present accepted the idea of the existence of God. The fear of God injected by religion was the root cause of worship, superstitions, and dogmas. The religious belief is passed on to the populace from one generation to the next generation.

Mythology breeds superstition, blind belief, senseless rituals, and most irrational and gives them a divine outlook. Mythological stories are a myth. Whatever is based on myth is merely a superstition. Mythology was introduced in the past to the ignorant masses. It has to be discarded if one has to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or real God.

Religious people Jesus who raised the dead and Krishna who picked a mountain within the dualistic illusion. Whatever belongs to a dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion.

Mythological God and Goddesses are based on blind belief. The belief is not God. The belief implies duality. From the ultimate standpoint, the duality is merely an illusion. Thus, whatever one sees, knows, believes, and experiences within the dualistic illusion are bound to be an illusion.

Rig-Veda 1-164-46 and Y.V 32-1 clearly mention that God is “One”.

Prohibition of idol worship in Yajurveda: ~

Yajur Veda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. He cannot be seen directly by anyone. He pervades all beings and all directions.

Yajurveda: ~ There is no image of God in truth. God in truth is unborn and eternal. (Chapter 32, Verse 3)

Yajurveda: ~ God in truth is nondual and pure"

Yajurveda: ~ "They are entering darkness, those who worship the natural things (like air, water, fire, etc.), they are sinking more in darkness who worship created things." (Chapter 40, Verse 9)

Thus, Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.

Sage Sankara said:~Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many Gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

Kena Upanishad (6) Chapter I: ~ “That which cannot be apprehended by the mind, but by which, they say, the mind is apprehended-That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (7) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be perceived by the eye, but by which the eye is perceived-That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (8) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be heard by the ear, but by which the hearing is perceived-That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

Kena Upanishad (9)- Chapter I:~ That which cannot be smelt by the breath, but by which the breath smells an object-That alone know as Brahman, and not that which people here worship.

No religious God can exist apart from the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. All the religious Gods with form and attributes cease to exist without the universe, which is the dualistic illusion of Maya.

People are not aware of the fact that there is no individual God that can exist, apart from the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the Self. If there is no Soul, then there is no body, no ego, no world in which you exist, no religion, and no religious Gods. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
